From requesting to view a car to the pick up day, Audi Technik have been supportive, approachable, friendly and helpful.
I do not like buying cars from car showrooms as I find car sales people pushy and controlling but this was not the case here.
They done another MOT just because I asked if they could as the car only had 8mths left.
As for aftercare; I have a mobile number if I need assistant/advice at any time during the extended warranty period.

From start to finish, fantastic customer service. Paul couldn’t be more helpful, he went over and above to make sure I got the right car and deal, to make sure I was happy with it. Each member of staff very friendly and welcoming, highly recommend this business if you’re looking for a new car. Thank you so much everyone at Audi Technik!!

First visit to see the car, test drive and also a little bit about the ATC business history and detailed functional description in and around the car I was pretty certain I was going to buy the car. No hard selling and very transparent on the price and history of the car, and transparency and price match on my trade in. On collection the car was immaculate and waiting and again, a full functional description and setup for all technology.

I would definitely have no hesitation in using ATC again, and probably will they have lovely cars in stock,,

What a team, I have had an Audi for a few years now and I would never visit an Audi Dealership for any repairs. I've been visiting this garage for a few years now. Fantastic customer service, you really feel looked after, they collect and deliver and wash and hoover and service, top class as usual guys, a great big thanks always.👍👍👍👍👍👍

Enjoyable experience all round, I recently purchased a Audi a6 from auditechnik dealing with Paul who has been excellent all throughout the process, I got the train with my family from North wales up to Glasgow central train station without any problems where Paul was there and picked us up in style and brought us to the garage where he showed me the car which was immaculate being a 2017 plate car it was even better in person than the pictures or the videos that Paul had sent me, after seeing the vehicle in person I knew right there and then I made the right choice, Paul showed me all around the car and explained how to use every feature and even set my phone up to connect to the vehicle which was great, we taxed the car and sorted all the paperwork, being serviced and MOT’D ready without any advisories we were ready to be on our way which the main motorway is literally 2 mins away and what a stunning drive back to north wales easy and straight forward and all round a amazing day out with my family and a great memory made and even better a stunning new car to drive back in, overall I can’t fault auditechnik and Paul in anyway genuine people and top service, would definitely be happy to deal with auditechnik again.

Recently purchased a 2017 Volvo V40. Very enjoyable experience from start to finish with Paul. Not pushy at all and very detailed in explaining things about the car and taking me out for an extended test drive. Agreement reached to give the gear box an oil service and replace the discs and pads. Also got what I wanted on my part exchange. Would definitely recommend.

Paul was really welcoming and helpful , all the staff were. Was made to feel really comfortable they weren’t pushy at all , very good customer service and would highly recommend

I highly recommend Audi Technik! Their customer service is outstanding. A no pressure, no hassle purchase of a new car, not your typical experience of salesmen trying to push you into a sale and no nonsense discussions. Paul and Stuart know their stuff and their knowledge of Audi is something else.

Paul was excellent to deal with, down to earth and went the extra mile to make sure the deal was right for both of us. I had to wait until I sold my car privately as I didn't want to trade it in and Paul held the new car for a few weeks to give us time for this to happen - where else would do that for you?

This is the first garage I have been to that gave me a good feeling from the start, a professional yet very friendly experience. Trustworthy and doesn't rip you off! The car we bought is 7 years old, yet immaculate and like brand new outside and in. There was a barely noticeable mark on one alloy which we didn't even point out and Paul repaired this repaired for us before collecting the car. There was 6 months MOT left on the car, but this was renewed so we have a full years MOT, the car was also serviced early. It was like driving it out of an Audi garage brand new. Perfection.

If I could have given this 0 stars I would have, but need to at least put one to write the review!!
My wife's SQ5 has been going here for 3 years and my S3 for 2 years. Recently the SQ5 threw up the flashing glow plug light. I scanned it with VCDS (Sensor 1 for Exhaust Temp Bank 1 - G235/PO5440)
Contacted ATC, they wanted it booked in to diagnose the fault, which I understand. They then got in touch after the diagnosis and confirmed the same fault codes that I had seen on VCDS.
They stated that due to the sensor being located on the turbo of the car that both turbos would have to be removed along with some other parts around about it. 20 hours labour was quoted plus the cost of the sensor, so they wanted £2374.80 to change the sensor. Picture Below.

This didn't seem right to me, so after a bit of research as to how the sensor is accessed it became apparent that the garage was lying about the parts that need removed to reach the sensor!! I then got 4 other quotes from other recommended garages with them ranging between £580-£616.80 (over £1700 of a difference!!) Pictures below.

I called the ATC to give them a chance to explain whether this quote was a mistake, however on speaking to Willie, he told me the same thing and that the quote was correct. Once I told him that I had several other quotes significantly cheaper than his, and this is where the excuses came in. He was alleging that the other garages must have quoted me for the wrong sensor, but I confirmed this was not the case as all 4 sensors have different fault codes (which he was trying to say the codes are all the same) picture below confirming this.
After that excuse was bottomed out he then said that the price was worse case scenario encase anything went wrong, if it only took them 3 hours they would only have charged for 3 hours labour :/ I beg to differ!!

The garage who replaced the sensor only took 4 hours labour plus the cost of the genuine part, inc VAT £567! Picture Below

A MASSIVE difference of £1807.80 which is absolutely DISGUSTING!!

The garage who replaced the sensor also advised O/S/F lower complete suspension arm required replaced (sent a video to show this), they quoted 1 hour labour and the part was £103 plus vat. So all in £211.14 for this to be replaced.

This event caused me to look at the last service they done on the SQ5 in Nov 23, as they advised BOTH front arms were bent and needed replaced at a cost of £893. AGAIN ANOTHER MASSIVELY OVER INFLATED QUOTATION!!!!

I would never want anyone to be mislead like this and just pay what they ask, so if you take anything away from this review, please please please take your car to other garages to get an estimate! They have just lost another 2 regular customers given they tried to rip us off....TWICE!!

The car was reserved on 08/01/2024 on auto trader as well as your own site where I paid £99 deposit on both, auto trader and your website. 

I was contacted by sales person on 09/01/2024 where I was asked for my details to go ahead with the sale. After discussion, I sent across my name and address so my order could be created. I agreed to come and collect the car from Glasgow (around 6-7hours drive) as I was coming for Leicester and agreed to transfer the money whilst on site. 

The car was high in demand and cheaper than most cars with similar ages plus highly modified so they were getting lots of calls regarding sale of the car.

After the discussion, I contacted the following morning to see how the order was progressing. I got a call in the afternoon where I was told that car was not fit to pass the mot due to some leak and issue. I was disappointed but still wanted the car and asked if it can be fixed or sold as seen as I was after the same car with same colour for a while and this was the perfect one. I was told to wait until it was fixed and will be contacted to keep me up to date, however my deposit was returned on the call. I was promised that I will be kept up to date and will be the first one in line as and when it’s fixed. 

I then contacted the sales department again after few days to see if any progress had been made, however I was told Paul was off and I will be contacted once it becomes available again. The person on the phone mentioned about some major oil leak and it was full of oil when the undertray was opened. I requested the car to be sold as seen again or other option was to pay more money if it was uneconomical to repair and sell. I was willing to fork out more money if it wasn’t economical for the garage to repair. I was assured that I’ll be the first one in line if anything happens and will be kept up to update even if the car goes to auction. Again I was lied to as no evidence was sent about oil leak.

Again, I was expecting an update on progress, so I rang again today to see how it as progressing, however it was disappointing to hear that car had been sold to someone else knowing that I had previously reserved it and was informed that I will be kept up to date on the progress as and when it becomes available again. I was willing to take it as it is (sold as seen) without any warranty.

I am extremely disappointed and would have liked the sales department to be honest instead of fobbing me off. I feel like the car has been sold to someone else either for more money or to someone known for same price whilst fobbing me off. 

MOT passed on 11/01/2024 without any advisories, if there was an issue especially with leaking oil then it should have been shown on there but it hasn’t. Either MOT has passed with issues without mentioning them or I have been fobbed off.

I feel really disappointed as I thought Audi Technik would have been a reputable garage, however I was wrong. Best way to fob someone off by telling someone a lie and selling it on to someone else probably for more money. 

I will not be recommending anyone to buy a car from you guys or even book it in for service due to the dishonesty and lack of customer service.

From the moment I met Paul I knew I was in the right place. Honest reliable. Didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Overall impression on company and place very good . Nothing was a problem. Car I bought is excellent . Could not fault them best customer service from a dealer I have ever had. No patronising salesmen / lady. 5 out of 5 . Star quality. Would not fail to recommend them . Will definitely be back

Beware of this below average used car dealership in Glasgow. bought a jag epace over the phone and was told by there salesman car mint just couple of tiny marks on bonnet edge so fair enough it is a used car, so i asked the question no other marks or pings on car there reply 100% none. so i jumped on train from Newcastle arrived at garage which is was raining (i rang ahead said please leave the car in showroom for my inspection) funny enough a mysterious buyer wanted the car behind mine so it was taken outside into rain , so i couldnt carry out correct check of bodywork. cut long story short i arrived home in Newcastle dried and cleaned car to my amazement 3 pings and a small dent had magically appeared the garage was shut at this time so 9am monday morning i rang explained to salesman (paul) he said dont worry i will personally sort it so now when ive managed to sort repair ive basically been told to do one . do not be fooled like me buy your next second hand car from a decent dealer do your homework and never buy a car in the rain doesnt matter what the lovelly sales people tell you there laughing in your face if the truths known Audi teknik centre Glasgow you should be ashamed NOT GOOD ENOUGH ,IT WAS ACTUALLY £120 YOU COULDNT PAY ME £1000 REVIEW WILL REMAIN FOR PEOPLE TO SEE ITS ALSO CALLED KEEPING YOUR WORD , ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DID NOT WANT TO LET YOUR BOSS KNOW , GOOD LUCK IN FUTURE SALES

I scoured the internet for over a year to find the car I wanted, made the decision to pursue a car from Audi Technik Centre.
Paul and Stuart's knowledge and service was second to none, this gave me the confidence to buy the car from 460 miles away, without so much as seeing it!
Something I've never done before!
I flew from Bournemouth, all the way to Scotland to collect the car.
I was not disappointed, I'm extremely fussy and everything was delivered as described.

Great service from beginning to end. This will now be my 3rd car I’ve purchased from Audi Technik Centre and I’ve been well looked after every time. Paul, Stuart and Debbie in the sales team are all so helpful and make the process very easy and straight forward

Avoid this place wish I took my car to Audi.! Bought the car from here so thought I’d return for some work and mot got my car back with undertray hanging off when I called them on way home they denied all responsibility not even oh bring it back We will have a look just point blank wasn’t us! Terrible customer service on the repair side ! Would never use this garage again, they haven’t even bothered to return my phone calls.

Fantastic Experience with friendly and helpful staff at Auditek (especially Paul). Passing through Glasgow with a car fully loaded on our way home from holidays we had a major car malfunction which prevented us moving the car. Auditek were the only garage that really showed us any consideration and went out of their way to stay open to allow us to get the car recovered to their garage (stored our bikes) and promptly fix the cars electric brake problem the following morning allowing us to carry on our journey home. Paul even offered us a lift (including dog) back to our accommodation for the night. In a very stressful situation my family and I really appreciated their help. Would definitely recommend them and would use regularly if I was local.

Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A great selection of quality cars and with there own mechanical shop on site you know all the cars are being checked and looked over by professionals. Overall a great experience.
