Fantastic service from ATC. Purchased a car and had it prepared for me in a couple of days, serviced, MOT and valeted. Michael replied to any communications well too. Would recommend.

If your car develops a problem within the 6 months warranty period they will refuse to help. They will lie and procrastinate for as long as possible

I had a really good experience buying from Audi Technik. Paul was excellent and very informative giving me a video of the car prior to viewing which definitely helped in the decision to buy. Overall great customer service.
I first contacted Paul when they had a car in, but I was too slow and missed out on it by a day. Due to the high quality stock they had, I kept an eye on their website and came across the car I have now bought. Genuinely, the service was just fantastic. There was never a hard sell, never any pressure; it just felt like talking to a mate who has a similar interest in cars. From a great test drive, thorough explanation of all aspects of the car to ongoing support through the extended warranty, I think it will be hard for me to stay away from Audi Technik Centre.
Positive experience.
Patient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional sales staff gave excellent service.
Send car in for oil service, spotted some other things that needed doing and called to explain and get a yes from me. Great service
Picked my car up from house and returned it,delighted with overall service, my only query is, I thought the adblu would have been topped up, maybe I had to instruct this though so could have been my mistake, definitely will use this garage again
Excellent Customer Service. . .good to deal with & good communication, TT Serviced & MOT'd.
I have using Audi Technik for around a year or so . They were recommended to me by a friend . They are easy to deal with , excellent at keeping you informed on your car's progress and they are also knowledgeable about the make and models . I never have to wait too long to get my car booked in which is important to me as I need my car most days to do my job . I trust them with my car .

Fantastic service from start to finish. Worked around my shifts to get the car in and the service and MOT done. They even picked the car up and dropped back off which saved me a lot of messing about.
I have used Audi Technik before for the previous service on this car and all went well.
Recently had our Porsche Boxster in for repair as the hood wasn’t operating. Booking in process and reception staff were first class, however this was not the problem. Because the roof wasn’t working correctly water had found it’s way into the car, so to speed things up. I removed the passenger side seat and peeled the carpet back.
The garage diagnosed a faulty latch, which luckily, most of the cost was covered under my warranty. It would have been fully covered had the garage charged the labour time at the actual labour time taken, rather than what the computer told them. Removal and refitting of the latch is quite a simple job I’m told. Probably a 4 hour job at most? I was charged 8 hours???
I was charged a further 8 hours to remove the passenger side carpet ( bearing in mind I had already done most of this) and remove refit the driver side seat and carpet even though there was no sign of dampness here? Now, removing the passenger side seat took me about 10 minutes. Peeling back the carpet , about the same, and I reckon had I tried to fully remove the carpet I might have been a further 30 minutes, but let’s just say an hour for argument sake. So I’m struggling to see where 8 hours comes from for both sides?? I complained about the labour rate but was told, ‘that is the time our system tells us the job should take’. And that there was no chance of the £960 labour charge being reviewed?
On arriving to take the car away, it became apparent that the roof still wasn’t working and the expensive roof latch hadn’t solved the problem at all? On further investigation they found that one of the micro switches that operated the hood had become damaged due to the water ingress and the wire had snapped off. ( quite possibly, the issue in the first instance). I was a little annoyed at having being told the car was repaired and ready for collection to turn up and find it was actually in the same condition as when it arrived despite being hit for £960 labour. At this point the owner (Willie) started becoming quite short with me because I basically told him they hadn’t repaired the car yet still took my money? His attitude towards me was very poor, considering he is the owner. Pretty obnoxious, no empathy and certainly no apology from him for his poor customer facing skills.
The car has since gone elsewhere for repair and I have been advised that the water ingress was due to clogged rear drainage holes. Clearing these should have been part of the service that had been carried out by Auditechnik previously. When I questioned this, I was told that this isn’t part of a service? Well I’m sorry. If you’re going to accept Porsche vehicles to perform a service on, then it IS part of the service. Or at least, it should be. So. Had they cleared the drain holes during the service, the water ingress that lead to the hefty repair bill, may not have materialized. So they have nearly £1000 out of me for a car that wasn’t repaired and a fault that has probably be caused by their negligence whilst carrying out the service.
This isn’t over🤬
I recently picked up my new car from Audi technik centre glasgow, I recieved excellent treatment from everyone including Paul who took the time to show me everything about my car in great detail. The handover was a very smooth process and all the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease driving my new car off. Would highly recommend Audi Technik centre to anyone looking for a new car and wanting a stress free experience.
It's the owner at fault as he is in control.
MY opinion he is not a man that cares about anything but money in his pocket,as he said to me,after I said he had,(done me))!His response after pushing me out his garage, that he enjoyed bumping me.

Just bought a Jaguar from here, service was second to none. Paul, the salesman who handled the sale & trade in of my car was so helpful, he done everything he possibly could to make the process simple for me. They offered a very fair price for my car and reduced their asking price of the Jag to accommodate my budget while also understanding that I was travelling from the other side of the country to purchase the car. Their knowledge and attention to detail in making sure I got a quality car was impressive. Definitely recommend others if purchasing a quality car to give them a chance to impress you, I doubt you'll be disappointed. Graham, Leven, Fife.
Excellent customer service by Paul Miller from start to finish. He was professional , patient and very knowledgeable about the car he was selling to me. The car was immaculate inside and out. It was perfect. I have recommended the centre since buying the car in May 2021. The car was right . The price was right and so was the service. The best transition i have had when deciding and buying a car. The aftersales has also been great. He dealt with everything . Frances O'Donnell
Excellent. Went in for a service and everything was done and logged clearly for a much cheaper rate than my local Audi garage offered. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. Excellent customer service, didn’t have to deal with the “and we’ve done this for free for you which usually costs ...” that you get at Audi garages around Glasgow.
Bought an Audi A4 from the Audi Tecknik centre today and have to say what a car it is, the overall condition of the car was fantastic and the price even better well worth travelling 140 miles for the car. William and Paul are both top guys and would highly recommend purchasing a car from them. The service from start to finish was top notch and will defiantly be returning for my services and next vehicle purchase , thanks lads.

I had been looking for an A3 audi for quite some time, and i saw one advertised at audi technik, the only problem was it was 366 miles away.I decided to call, and had a chat with Gavin, who gave me some details on the car,and said it could be delivered to me if need be.He said his colleague Stuart would do a video of the car,and send it to me lunch time, this was done, and i decided to make the purchase.Stuart answered all of my questions, and went over and above to make the purchase as smooth as possible. The car was serviced mot'd and delivered, and i was more than delighted with the car,and the great service i received from Stuart, and all the staff at Auditechnik, great job guys, keep up the good work!!!
Excellent service and always happy to answer my many questions. Provided detailed video walk-around of the car and sent copies of history and bills. Arranged transport and had the car delivered from Glasgow to Bournemouth with no hitches. Within a few weeks experienced a battery issue which they sorted with no argument, quickly and at their cost. Recommended.
