I got my lovely new Mercedes E cass coupe from audi technik there were absolutely brilliant from start to finish really professional garage really nice staff could not be happier im so glad I chose them its the best service iv ever had from any dealership in my life really trust worthy you feel safe with these guys ! The car was absolutely minted condition full year mot full service history new pads and dics, valeted etc and they even theough in a suprise buy taxing it for me for 6 months aswell out of kindness absolutely outstanding service would highly recommend them you will not be disappointed well happy with the car thanks guys

I found an Audi E Tron I liked on AUTOTRADER these guys were selling and sent a message to enquire. Got an almost immediate reply that was really friendly, helpful and very human with loads of personality. With some good banter and useful information I immediately enjoyed the experience of dealing with Stuart. I checked the website and reviews and could see they were a very legitimate outfit. Upon arrival the car was immaculate and presented to me with a lot of care and attention. The conversation was fun and friendly and the support with getting set up with the new car from both Stuart and Paul was fantastic. These guys are just really enjoyable to be around and deal with and didn’t try any hard sell or arrogance towards the whole process, which I have experienced in abundance before. If I didn’t live 220 miles away I would regularly pop in for a coffee and a chat. I actually drove off with a smile on my face as if I’d just spent an evening with my close friends. Buying a car is an experience you want to cherish and remember, my new car is perfect and dealing with these guys just made it all the more memorable and enjoyable.

I cannot recommend Audi Technik enough. Paul was brilliant from start to finish and what I liked most about the whole experience was the lack of pressure and “salesman chat” I’ve found you get in other car stores. I had a never ending list of questions which Paul answered in detail and with patience. He could not have done enough for us. So so happy with the car and everyone has been surprised when I’ve said it’s three years old rather than brand new because it is in immaculate condition. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back in future.

I cannot recommend ATC highly enough, from initially contacting them via an advert for an Audi A7 that I had seen on Autotrader in the morning, to test driving the car that afternoon. The service from Paul and Stewart was first class, not pushy or trying to make a sale happen but open and honest with everything about the car I was test driving, I bought the car after the test drive and it was ready for me to collect 48hrs later, the process from deposit to completed sale was flawless. Cannot express how great these guys are. I was in the market for my first car very soon after my test, and Paul and Stuart were so clear in explaining every little detail that I asked for, from the spec of the car, any prior owners, mileage, costs, finance details etc. All done with a genuinely very nice feeling and warmth, never at all felt like the hard sell. I saw a Seat Ibiza on AutoTrader, went in on the Saturday and by the next week, it’s now parked at home. Truly a phenomenal experience - even when there were issues of my own doing, it was all sorted swiftly and very professionally. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Paul at Audi Tecknik made my experience of sourcing a new car feel like a dream. Beyond professional, what I can confirm as a 'personal consideration'. The car is also a dream to drive. Before my Audi was presented to me, there was an assessment process which is linked to the reputation of the company, and the mission statement which is "the customers comes first". Buying a new car can be an emotional experience with great concern. Nobody wants a dud that was owned by someone who drove the car into the ground and passed it on. My advice is always to find a good safe sound source who will put their business reputation against the products they buy and sell. That way you can enjoy your purchase as intended. The transaction was smooth and swift and I was back to my day with my family, all the prep had been done before I arrived, thank you Paul.

Where do i begin I'll just dive in... Absolute scammers. They charge for compressive electrical diagnostic when they don't even have the machinery to do a basic diagnostic. And for the repairs, they will literally scam you blind. They did not offer any part warranty and I request for the parts that was supposedly changed to be given to me and they refused it. Which means they have not carried out any of the changes. Avoid at all cost awful customer service will never even look their way.

I purchased an A7 from Audi Technik recently,no pressure sales and a friendly environment.I serviced my previous car there so knew they were trustworthy.All in all a great experience and delighted with the car.

We traveled 220miles to see the car before driving it away without hesitation!
The guys where really welcoming and friendly. The car was exactly what it said on the tin. They give us a fair price on trade in also.

Best dealership I’ve dealt with! From the first phone call to collecting my car the entire team were friendly and helpful with no hard selling (Paul, Stuart and Debbie). They took the time to go through every aspect of the car with me to ensure I was happy with operating it, as well as going above and beyond to get the car mechanically and cosmetically sound. Great service from Paul and Stuart. Very straightforward deal without any sales pressure. Paul did all the V5 paperwork and setup the direct debit for the roadtax so I didn't have to do a thing when getting the car. All work I had asked them to do as part of the sale was done without any problems. Thanks for all the help guys.
