Reliable, reasonably priced
Their support chat is very quick to respond during business hours. They process parcels relatively quickly. Their verification process is lengthy & requires a lot of info, but it only has to be done once so not too big of a deal. My only feedback is perhaps the site could use a visual upgrade. It's functional but a little old.

Good to find a parcel forwarding company to ship items from an Australia store that does not ship internationally. Quick and easy to use and my parcel is now on the way to NZ from AUSPOST tracking.

Truly impressive. AUSFF is very responsive to customer inquiries. Most importantly, they ship promptly. Today I received the first three packages shipped to me by AUSFF. Super impressive. They used abundant bubble wrap and packaged very professionally to avoid the customary damage one expects with the mail system and international shipments.

Good customer service
AUSFF team was very responsive to my questions! I was hesitant at first especially I was about to deliver an expensive item, but my parcel was taped with fragile stickers as I requested and came in good condition!
I accidentally signed up for the lowest tier plan when I actually needed the Platinum. They refunded me upon request without any problem!
