These guys are amazing. I was anxious because I'd never used a parcel-forwarding service before, but they seem to be as professional as it's possible to be.

I needed help in forwarding an item that was too big and heavy for ebay international shipping settings, so a forwarding service was the only way to do it. I contacted Ausff and they replied right away explaining the process.

Their website does look dated and the grammar on it makes it seem a little sketchy, but it's a real functioning website. There is a verification process you have to go through which involves handing over photo ID, also on the old-fashioned website, which doesn't feel great. However there is a real Australian law that states that legally to do their work they do require ID for fraud prevention - so it is legit.

Daniel in particular was very patient with me and was always there to answer any questions. Their website is easy to register on, and the fees for storage are fairly small. They have an account portal that you can log into to see the status of any items you have with them, and they offer lots of extra services such as photos and double-boxing also for small fees. They also have a chat window, so if you use it during Aus work hours there'll be someone there to chat to you in real time.

They have a quote estimate so that you can calculate how much shipping will cost before the item reaches them, which is helpful. The calculator was the same both before and after arrival so there weren't any surprises. They offered about 12 different services so you'll have a choice of cheaper shipping options if that's what you need.

I'm glad I had the option to do double-boxing for 5 AUD because the ebay seller dispatched the item with terrible packaging, so their option helped save the item from taking any damage as it went across the globe. They'll also do pre-shipping photos, which they emailed swiftly.

Definitely give them a try if you need help with forwarding anything from Australia, they're brilliant.

I have used AUSFF Post many times now and am very satisfied with their process. It's easy to know the status of your package.

At first, I was a bit doubtful of the site, because I needed to send a copy more sensitive data, so I’d prefer to see a different verification method. Still, they were extremely professional and quick with the items. The website might not be the most "modern", but I actually like that, since I find it clearer and easier to navigate. Highly recommend them!

First time using a freight forwarding service, to get products purchased online from Aus to NZ. Super easy to sign up with AUSFF and was provided with clear instructions on how to use their service. Product purchased and arrived at AUSFF. I was notified and was able to quickly arrange the delivery to NZ. Had to provide information to verify who I was, but this was well explained. Overall….Fast, simple, cost effective and easy to use. I would definitely recommend AUSFF and will definitely use them again. Thanks!

My experience with AusFF was amazing! It was my first time using a forwarding service from Australia to the US, so I was a little nervous at the beginning. However, Mark and Daniel from AusFF made my experience very smooth : ) They patiently answered every question I had and provided detailed photos before shipment. The processing and shipping of my package were very quick. I am impressed with their professionalism and would highly recommend anyone to use AusFF for forwarding mail from Australia!

So this is the first Freight forward company I worked with in general, I decided to take a gamble and order a compute processor that was out of stock in the U.S and was available in Australia, I had some bad lick with 2 retail one that doesn't ship to freight forward the next it did, after waiting 5-6 days from Australia post to deliver my package AufFF received it, and I was impressive how fast they were to notify me 2 hours later after they receive my package, It was close to my bedtime in the U.S as it is 14 hours ahead of ours we are in EST.

I went ahead and made the payment and decided to choose DHL and took a gamble without going with insurance or double packaging(yeah a bit risky) since it was already expensive for shipping but i don't blame AusFF for this since this is pretty much anywhere.

Next day Ithey sent me an email that my package was upgraded to Fedex International priority and guess what the order was shipped on July 14th and I just got my order today 7/17/23 yeah 3 days it took to deliver my order from AUS to the U.S I was so impressive how fast it took and how well packaged it was, I didn't need to do double packaging because it was well packaged and came in perfect condition!.

I really recommend Ausff to anyone shopping from another country in AUS and need a freight forward service, these guys are quick and offer the best!, I'm satisfied and highly recommend them!

I am updating this review to reflect that Ausff does indeed value its customers' experiences. I just had a conversation with Mark from the team (I've always had great interactions with Mark--he's really helpful and caring), and we were able to identify a misunderstanding that occurred while I was entering details into their system for a price estimate. I also highlighted an issue with the website interface that could potentially lead to similar confusion in the future.

The whole time Mark was receptive and sincere in his efforts to remedy the situation, and told me he would pass on the feedback to their IT team to enhance the user experience. It was really encouraging to see that Ausff is open to constructive criticism and is proactive in making improvements for the benefit of their customers. I see why they're highly rated by customers now and I highly recommend them.

When I was first considering whether to register an account with Ausff, I wanted to be sure the forwarding shipping cost wouldn't be too expensive. I typed in the dimensions and weight of the product I wanted to order, and it gave me a range of prices with AUD $18 being the cheapest. Cool, I thought, that's a reasonable shipping price.

I proceeded to order my product, pay for it, and had it shipped to the receiving address as instructed by Ausff. Today I get a notification that my order has arrived at Ausff and is ready to be shipped to my home address. I go on to the Ausff website to process the forwarding, and all of a sudden my shipping options have all become several times more expensive than the original estimates, with the cheapest option is AUD $76, making more expensive than the product I ordered, thus not even worth the cost of shipping of forwarding the item now.

Good, lots of shipping option to my country. Beenusing Ausff for ages now for all my shipping.

I was very sceptical, especially after reading the fine print and seeing the bad English spelling. Even more so after having to give over copies of my ID and bank statement for verification, there was no way I was going to give over scans of my C/Card but they have a Paypal option so you know your money is safe in that sense. I did email them to ask about the verification process and that it seemed dodgy, but to this day I haven't had a response which isn't great. It did all work out though as I received my item from AUS to the UK within a week and only got a £25 customs fee for a 6kg set of car floor mats. Shipping wasn't super cheap but wasn't ridiculous using the Express option. Overall, quite pleased and will use again in the future if needs be.

Bought an authentic Matilda's jersey for the 2023 women's world cup and had it shipped to the address they provided. Getting it sent to me back in the US was quick and easy, however it was pretty expensive (which is to be expected, especially since I picked the international priority FedEx option). I included the box option to protect the jerseys, and was impressed with the packaging. I would definitely use this service again.
