My experience has been ok, but the app needs to improve a lot to make the procedure more automated, reliable and safe. Auting should learn a lot from apps as getaround used in France and Spain.

It was simple and straightforward to rent the car! It was a life saver for us as we forgot to bring a credit card and couldnt rent from a classic rental company. The only downsize would be the low km limit included in the deal.

Simple Process with Auting
Auting was easy and Giovanni, the car owner, was awesome. His Toyota RAV4 is a great car and it easily fit 4 adults and all of our luggage! When we go back to Florence I hope to work with Auting and Giovanni again.

Easy and convenient
The whole process was super easy! I booked a car for a few days while on holiday- there were plenty of options, booking was simple and it was easy to communicate with the person I rented the car from. I also contacted auting customer service to ask a question and they responded really quickly.

Much more convenient than hiring from a company
Using Auting during our holiday gives so much more flexibility on timing and rental location than using traditional car hire providers, as well as cheaper prices! I found the app easy to use and customer service to be helpful and quick to respond. The rental process went smoothly and the car owner we rented from was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use Auting again!

Great experience
I just used Auting for the first time as user and our experience was fantastic. Happy to have an alternative for traditional rentals with the same security. I was impressed with the securities of the website (it doesnt allow sending confidential data to owners before making a contract), how helpful the Auting support was (quick response time and solve) and how professionally and pleasantly the owner guided me through the pickup formalities. I dont understand how Auting isn't more popular. However some downsides can be noted:
-some cars are quite pricy, and not that competitive compare to regular rental companies.
- many owners never respond after making a request

My experience with Auting is really great, everything I expected. I must confess, I was sceptic at first. Later I found out it goes really smooth. Also, Norberto the guy who borrowed the car to me was really helpful and polite. He picked me up at the airport, and also dropped me back. The car was great, good as new. Overall, really pleasant experience. I can surely recommend Auting.

Ride was well, however there was an issue regarding the included free km: at the beginning of the course it was mentioned that this was possible to change in a later phase, but this was not at all possible (just some weird workarounds, but not at all obvious).
