Weeks of struggle to get order

Weeks of struggle to get order; Eventually, had to re-order. Customer Service and supervisory personnel unresponsive. A very frustrating experience.

I ordered parts in the past it’s good…

I ordered parts in the past it’s good but when I’m sending core or wrong parts back it cost too much. So it’s good to receive but no good to send back because of shipping cost.

I think Auto Parts Warehouse does a great job. Love the discounts with the rewards. Wish they had even more parts for our 1972 Ford F100.

Worst company to deal with their call…

Worst company to deal with their call center is in the Philippines. They sent me the wrong part it's been well over a month they received the part and still no refund or straight answer . Stay away they have no idea what they are doing

Stop before you buy check them out first

I bought a timing kit for a 2000 Mazda MPV 2.5 I received the kit no problems I didn't install the kit right away because there was more work to do on the motor when I did put the kit in September by December 11th the timing kit had exploded in my engine they did not want to refund my money they did not want to send me a new kit I wasn't asking for a new motor I wasn't asking for them to replace other parts that were broken because of it I was just asking for them to exchange the kit after being on the phone for an hour and being hung up on twice they said that they would refund half of the cost of the kit since only half of the parts were broken I will never ever ever buy anything from this company again and I suggest that you never buy anything from this company ever because when it breaks they will not fix it they will not make it right you will be out your money and to me that's just bad business so if you like just throwing money away go ahead and buy parts from these people because that's exactly what you're going to do now in my case because of the catastrophic failure of the timing chain guides and timing chain tensioners and timing chain it destroyed my oil pump my oil pickup and I'm not sure what else is broke because of it or damaged because of it. I was able to save nothing and all the labor I wasn't even asking for that back because I am an ASE certified mechanic I don't mind working on my own vehicle but when you buy parts that are inferior and you get told that oh well you must have done something wrong and you do this for a living then I have a problem they were very rude on the phone the first person I talk to you couldn't even understand him when he was speaking I asked for a manager at least I could understand the manager but still he was very rude and still did not make anything right so now I'm out to timing chains for timing chain guides 2 timing chain tensioners you hope your experience is better than mine

Damaged Parts and Poor Customer Service.

Ordered 4 items. First three items came quickly and were of acceptable quality. The largest item however, a hood, was an absolute nightmare. The delivery company XPO logisitcs failed to show to FIVE arranged drop off times. This resulted in a total of 16 hours waiting for the delivery. After 5 days I contacted autopartswarehouse.com to see if they could contact the shipping company to resolve it. They offered a courtesy $40 credit for the amount of time spent on the phone and waiting for the delivery. At the time this was appreciated, and felt like sincere concern.(I had also planned to use the $40 to order the remaining parts needed for my project). When the hood was finally delivered 6 days after the first arranged appointment, it was incredibly damaged. The freight company even noted the damage on their delivery slip. I immediately called and requested a refund and sent the delivery slip as well as photos (with the delivery driver still in the background). I also mistakenly assumed auto parts warehouse would arrange to pick up the unusable damaged part. Instead they have stated it is my responsibility to pay to dispose of it. Do yourself a favor and purchase from a reputable company that will not deliver damaged parts and then act as if the refund was a sufficient resolution for the disposal of such parts.

ordered a tuner for my vehicle, lied to me, and charged after promised refund!

ordered a tuner for my vehicle off website, they did not send right away. I called to canceled and was promised a refund. Never got refund. My order 39388089 was placed on 30-Nov-2018. I was emailed and called the next day to say they needed to verify me to send the order. I went through their process and was told it would ship that day. It did not ship so I called on Dec 4, 1:14 PM to cancel the item. The associate told me it would have not shipped for two more days so I said to cancel. After putting me on a long hold he told me it was processed and I would get a refund in 4-5 days. My account had a pending transaction and it was now gone. On December 5th I got a email stating the item shipped after I called to cancel. I checked my account and my card had been recharged. I emailed to ask for a refund and am being told they can not refund until the item is sent back and processed. I bought the item local after canceling and do not need it and now am out $291.96. I have been working with Joy and Kristine neither are willing to help at all. Joy emailed me incorrect information about the date I called and tried to pass the blame onto me.

Order a window regulator

Order a window regulator, it was defective customer service said they would send me the RMA for return never did. Left bad review, one of the reps call to straighten things out sent RMA and a replacement part ,then she says because of all the inconvenience that I would get a full refund now there going back on what she said and only going to refund the core. Never doing business with apps again!!!

I have been buying from auto parts…

I have been buying from auto parts warehouse for about 2 months now and I am impressed with their prices products and shipping I drive 2 Infinitis and they keep me on the road the OE parts are quality and way cheaper than my local parts store plus they have lots of hard to find parts for my vehicles I cannot stress how much money I've saved on parts by buying from auto parts warehouse
