First MC purchase and lesson learned, never again.

Purchased a bike at their butiqe in 'Mörtnäs Hagväg 13'. My aim was go get a "not to expensive" used bike for taking the MC license and Ive had my eyes on one of them.

Arriving with my friend and being shown the bike by a seller I do a test sitting when getting a really odd fat joke (2m tall and fat, not denying it). The seller joking laughs and tell me to eat more oatmeal?
Not being able to connect it to anything else I can honestly only believe that it was a fat joke.

Worst part was not the crude joke and somewhat uninterested attention from the seller, butt rather the dealing.

My friend did an test drive and noticed that one or both brake discs were not straight causing the whole bike to rock back and forth when breaking.
After revising the service sheet (an old A4, not in the book) there where a note "straighten the discs front" which means the issues where there when it was sold to Ava MC.

At first I asked if they could fix it, after a check in the "workshop" that was a no. He offered a small discount due to the non-disclosed fault.
Thinking that it wouldn't be that bad to replace them myself I accepted the deal.

A couple of days later I start looking up the price and it turns out the price for two new dics cost more than 3 time the discount.

I do feel cheated, I do feel scammed and I have learned my lesson. Never again AVA MC.

A summary of how I feel;
- The seller did make a fat joke, why?
- Ava MC did try to feign not knowing breaking issues even though it was noted in the service book.
- Ava MC did sell me a bike with breaking issues
- The seller told be the had gone through, checked and re-filled all fluids. This had not been done as we soon discovered that the cooling fluid was low and the chain was barley oiled. Had I not have a friend whom pointed this out I would have missed it.
- Ava MC did not give a fair disclosure of the bikes fault.
- The seller did get really grabby when I noticed a paper where some calculations had been done, seemingly a price. Which was half of the price of the bike that I purchased. Suspecting Ava MC put up the bike for the double price and no work on it.

While all this, I have ridden the bike a fair bit since, and other than the mentioned fault, It works. No thanks to Ava MC though.
