Excellent and Professional Service
I have been working with Lindsay for over 10 years. She has helped me overcome a number of complex issues, and is great at working with the rest of my support team to help me achieve my goals. The specialist innersoles for my running spikes enable me to run pain free and complete my training sessions to the best of may ability and hence optimise my competitive performance. I would recommend seeing Lindsay no matter what the problem, she always has a solution!

After suffering from ITBS for years and not being able to run over 1 mile without severe pain, I visited Lindsey @ Axis Podiatry for a consultation. I thought my running days were over so Lindsey was my last hope. She was able to assess what the problem was in one visit and advised custom made orthotics for my running trainers to correct imbalances in my feet. After a few weeks back in training I could run pain free for the first time in years. Now I’m back doing 10k runs on a regular basis. I would highly recommend Axis Podiatry
Recommended without hesitation
Following an orthopaedic surgeon's diagnosis that severe pain in my foot was due to a deformity and osteoarthritis I followed his advice and sought a consultation with Lindsay. Her assessment was exhaustive and included analysis using the Gaitscan System followed by the supply of customised orthoses manufactured by The Orthotic Group. These provide significant pain relief and proper support to both my feet. I am impressed by Lindsay's professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm and friendly service. I have no hesitation in recommending Axis-Podiatry. I am so impressed that I have ordered a second pair of orthoses to make life more convenient.
Great service
I had an assessment and gaitscan analysis with Lindsay about 6 months ago. I already had some orthotics yet I had been getting blistered feet after certain mileage in races, which wasn't good at all - I'm a triathlete and need to be able to run without socks in an event. Lindsay's assessment was thorough and the gaitscan gave a more accurate picture of what was going on with my feet, with a more accurate measure of leg length discrepancy. Lindsay fitted me with some neoprene orthotics and I haven't suffered from blisters since. The orthotics are full length and flexible, allowing me to have better form when running. They also make me run more on my mid foot and are far more comfortable than my previous ones which were half length and very rigid. Initially I had some issues with calf cramping as I was adjusting to the new orthotics, yet this worked itself out after about 4-6 weeks.

My son struggled with his feet/walking since a broken femur as a child. Lindsay assessed, diagnosed and prescribed orthotics to help aid this and he has not looked back. Professional, knowlegeable and every step of the diagnosis was explained thoroughly. Highly recommended. A* Service.
