Difficult card to use

This payment card is very difficult to use and the customer service is dreadful. In the end they stole all the money on the card.

I never receive the code on the phone

I hardly ever receive the code on the phone. Then calling the customer service most of the times gets resolved until it happens again and I need to call them again. Waste of time, energy and money because these calls are not free. Really frustrating.

Never receive code sent to phone

Never receive code sent to phone, called customer service & they said they made sure the phone number associated with the account was correct & still don't receive codes. Why can't we request to receive codes via email as alternative? Most other companies offer that. I have no way to access this account even though I have a log in ID, password & PIN number. That is really bad customer service!

When I registered there is no option…

When I registered there is no option for mobile number so when I register is only email indication then i log in it say they send the PIN to MOBILE NUMBER.

My card said it expired 08/23 which is…

My card said it expired 08/23 which is normally the end of the month, now I see it expired on the 10/08/2023 and there was still $15 left on it. I have tried to contact you but I get err404. So now I lose the money without warning. I'm in South Africa and can't call international numbers.

The expiry date is indicated on the cardholder portal top right under ‘expiry date’ and in the summary box, the link to this is located towards the bottom of the page, once you’ve logged in.

If you access the card via the App then the expiry date is located towards the top right of the main page, next to ‘account number’, once you’ve logged in.

Furthermore in some cases, the Business Partner may have requested that a shorter expiry date be applied to the Card than is shown on the physical Card. If this is the case, then this will be displayed in the Online Portal.

Not happy to be a Customer, sorry

Don’t know If my review reached you. But my Card expired and I didn’t get a new one.
With that an amount of app. €111,00 vanished.

Just used my B4B account

Just used my B4B account, found it easy to set up, and my card was ready to use within 5 minutes of logging into the app. I did have to have the code sent twice, but apart from that, it is really simple to get started.

B4B payment card problem

I received my card today and had trouble setting up on the app and had to call customer services to set the card up but still not working though the app only on line, then got the card activated and there is no money on the card, I contacted customer services again but they couldn't help me so I'm a bit disappointed with this service.

Dreadful online and phone access

Dreadful online and phone access. Nightmare to register as no place to leave an email address or mobile number and even though card is active as stated on dashboard, it could not be used!

Nb What I would say though is that when I could get on to chat both Leon and Robert were really helpful. All issues resolved. The site however, is still dreadful to get registered on. This should be looked at.
