just beware

just beware, b4b is a scam company. He goes out of his way just to take funds and close you right after. We are pursuing regulators to have their license revoked. We have enough material for this.

B4B Fitbit refund

I was sent an email for a refund on a Fitbit Ionic due to safety issues. This refund was for £245.00 on a B4B card. I have never been able to use this s I could not activate it. After many attempts I was told that it had been activated but has now expired and the money is lost. Seems I'm not the only one to have been caught out by this. I sure won't be using them or Fitbit ever again!

EXPIRED

I was unable to resolve my password conflict with you, before the card expired. You should have a record of me contacting you to discuss the issue, well before the card expired. I was not receiving the code, when trying to reset my password. Strange how now that my card has expired, I am able to reset my password and receive the code. I have not been able to spend a single penny of the money that was on the card.

Fitbit refund

Hi. I've received a refind mail from fitbit with a Card Code. When i went to B4B Payment and signed in, they asked for the sms code. But unfortunately, I didn't get any sms code to fill it and proceed.

Apparently these cards expire and you lose any balance!

I received a prepaid card from Fitbit, I used some of the credit then tried other times and couldn’t use it, the transaction was declined.
I then noticed a while later that the balance had Gone!
After messaging them I was told the card had expired and I lost my balance!
How is this fair, it was my money and it was taken.
Seems a bit of a scam!!!
I will be complaining to Fitbit and advising not to use again.

My awful experience with B4B payments

I received a preloaded card with money in it. However, I cannot access this card as when I try to login it asks me to input a code which is sent through SMS. I have yet to receive a text within the 3 minute time window with the security code even though the company has my number as it alerted me that I have been 'gifted' the card.

Also looking at the features there seems to be very little you can do with the money as you cannot transfer to paypal of debit visa cards easily.

Overall I would advise businesses to stay well away from this product as it a massive headache. If you wanted to give to money to a user, just give them cash or a gift card to avoid using this scam of a service.

I have this card as a way to get my…

I have this card as a way to get my refund from Fitbit. I didn't pay attention that I still have balance 136€. I called the contact support and they asked me to contact Fitbit, since it's been issued by Fitbit. But when I contacted Fitbit they said that only B4B can do that. It's good to make you crazy while it's actually you're money that they are taking

No way to contact b4b payments

It is impossible to close an account what I never opened as not possible to get in touch with b4bpayments. The account was opened in my behalf by a retailer to process a refund couple of years ago, the account have 0 balance, tried to contact B4B on number of occasion to close the account, still no success.

Don't waste time with this app. You cannot login as 2-step verification authentication does not work

your two-step verification code is not sent to email within 3 minutes lapse time. So I cannot login to app after several attempts.
Really bad app and very terrible user experience.

Over 80% of your reviews are 1 star. You responded that we should call a number that no one picks up and it just plays a very boring music :-(
