I am writing from Germany. Everything, really EVERYTHING about my order was perfectly managed! Thank you very much.

I have previously shopped at Babyhuys (in 2021) without problems and fast delivery to Denmark.

On April 21, 2023, I ordered a stroller that stated 3-4 delivery days, and the money was withdrawn three days later, but I received no update by email other than the order confirmation/invoice I received on the day of purchase. A week after the money had been withdrawn from the account, I sent an email to find out what the status was. As I haven't received a reply to my email after another three days, I called them and are told that it will be sent the following Friday, i.e. two days later. I hear nothing on Friday and send them another email to find out the status - again I don't get a reply until the end of the following week and they can't be reached on the phone in the meantime. Here the answer is that the item is not in stock, they expect it will take another week, but I can get a 5% discount. Now I have waited 3 weeks for a delivery where the money had already been withdrawn (in Denmark it is only legal to withdraw the money when the item has been dispatched, but I don't think this applies throughout the EU?), so I decline the offer and receive the money back a few days later.

Despite my previous good experience, I will not shop here again. Fortunately, they were quick to refund the purchase amount, but communication from their side has been somewhat lacking.

After this review I received an apology and a discount code for future purchases - just worth mentioning.

Great website got a child’s car seat and was in great condition and at an affordable price

I ordered two car seats and they were much cheaper on babyhuys in comparison with any other place in Ireland.
The shipping cost didn't arise and was a good surprise. I didn't get tracking number for my order but the support service was good and reassured that products were shipped.
Products arrived within 3 weeks and perfect conditions.

My order was processed and shipped very efficiently. There was issues with the postal service but I received excellent and fast support from the Babyhuys customer service. Order was received in perfect condition and as described on website. 👍👌

Package arrived very fast.
Support is a bit "slow" and could not fix my issue (the webside did not provided my street with the right number so i had to put in the wrong number). Support answered 24 hours later and said, package is already on the way, no change possible anymore.
I got in touch with the deliver company and we could set the right address.
Anyway, I got what I had ordered. I would order again from this company if I need things again.

Fast delivery, good service

Very satisfied customer. I bought the baby zen Yoyo and not only was it cheaper than any Irish sites it was also in stock for immediate dispatch. It arrived exactly a week later and in time for our holiday!

Made a purchase at Babyhuyswebshop recently. Have bought a stroller Quinny Hubb Mono Ocher on Graphite. The delivery was fast, communication with the shop also fast and easy. The stroller is a really good product, very comfortable for the baby, you can choose different positions for sleeping. The chair itself is quite big, so it is convenient for bigger babies, for the smaller ones, which are up till 6 months it is good to use an extra pillow, to make the space more cozier. But already in such a small age it is already comfortable enough to have a walk with this stroller that baby can see around and observe. The space for carrying things is really big, good for shopping. And that all together looks really cool, very stylish. Also love the color. Highly recommend.
