What an awful order management. I have placed an order with the number #13002955 on 17th April. After 3 weeks I still get nothing. More of that, I do not get any clear explanation.

They have never responded to my ticket #1832459 which was created on 23rd April.

If you are lucky enough, you may reach them during one of those hundreds phone call. You may ask the status of your order. They say they're going to get in touch with the supplier and get back to you. And again, you hear nothing of course.

If you want your child to get a car seat when he becomes an adult, babyhuys is just perfect. Because you have plenty of time to wait without any update!

We bought the cat tree at half price. I didn't expect the quality to be very good at such a low price, but when I and my 10 year old daughter put it together we were amazed at how good it was - 5 stars!

I am very satisfied with the trybike I have ordered for my son and with so quick delivery to y house (the next day).

Good experience with no problems. I ordered a Thule bike trailer on a Wednesday evening, and it arrived in Finland the following Tuesday via DPD / Post Nord.
I write this review because I was hesitant to order since there was no working telephone number on the site (in case of problems). I trusted the positive reviews I found here and was not disappointed.
Note: the tracking link to PostNL in the shipping confirmation email never worked (Parcel not found). Eventually I found a DPD number in the attachment by which I was able to track the delivery. In any case I received a couple of text messages regarding the actual delivery time.

I’m from Ireland and I was delighted to see Thule on sale. Great product
I was worried when my tracking was not showing shipment.
I rang customer service and I was told it world be here this week.
It came today taking just over two weeks.

My order did not get delivered, but it was because I read the online delivery date wrong. In Europe the day comes before the month. They were impossible to reach by phone, and it took a week by email, but Babyhuys exchanged the product for one that was immediately available and did not charge me the small difference in price.

Ordered a Thule double trailer for a great price and was delivered within two days in time for weekend fun! It went down so well with the kids and it was a great ordering and delivery experience at a reduced price compared to other sites. Very happy! :)
