Excellent customer service, with fast and free delivery! The soap exudes quality and is highly moisturising. The soap racks are just gorgeous, too. I initially found the deodorant not effective but, after several uses, it’s working beautifully! It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling and feels somewhat powdery (which I like). The only thing is that it barely has any scent. It would be lovely if it was more fragrant, but that’s not a big issue as it works well.

Wonderful natural soap, I recommend it also for after-sun shower, it's very moisturizing.

The most beautiful, natural sponges I have ever purchased. They smell of the sea and more than double in size when wet! I will be buying again!

The soap is also incredible! So soft on the skin! Perfect for my children!

The shampoo is fantastic. One needs absolutely no conditioner afterwards.The toothpaste is ok, next time I will probably order the mentholated one because the taste isn't great...any other idea except mint for improving the taste of the powder ? could be another essential oil such as orange or lemon or ?

My experience with the team so far is pleasant. Facing difficulties in the delivery due to customs clearance, however the customer service personnel Clémence is very kind to address my query when I phoned them.

I still haven’t got my parcel and I am now certain the parcel will reach me in a day or 2 after visiting the customs office directly.

Can’t wait to use your products. My only worry is I don’t want to go through this tedious process when I order next.

Direct shipping through a courier will be easier than the postal service. It’s very painful.

LOVE the tooth powder and sea bath sponge!! I'm very sensitive to ingredients and appreciate how natural their products are.

I initially gave a poor review but this was my fault as emails had gone into a secret spam folder I didn't know I had! Pleased there is an explanation and looking forward to future purchases.

I was very pleased with my first purchase, a shampoo bar. It was pleasant to use and soothing to my skin. A good replacement for liquid soaps in plastic bottles. When it ran out I ordered some more but was sent something completely different, a moisturising bar. Mistakes happen. Comme Avant have replied to my emails and will send out the correct item and let me keep the incorrect one at a reduced price or send it back.

Honestly,it arrived in greasy-looking paper and so far I have not had much joy from it as it does not dissolve smoothly on skin or in the bath. I will persevere with it, because it has good reviews and I like the short list of ingredients. It is not a desert-island product for me though.
