Just brilliant my daughters skis were left after a rushed departure due to COVID-19. Bags ahead did so much to help get them home, every hitch they phoned to check and made a really difficult situation easy! Thanks heaps

I was really happy with the service, the price was probably a bit higher than I would have liked as I also had to pay an extra £20 on top of the already high price. However, the service was excellent, my bag came so quickly and all my questions were answered with ease.. my bag came with no damage and extremely fast. I would 100% use this company again.

Simple booking process. Bag collected by DHL courier within the time frame stated. Excellent updates regarding the process of my luggage. Quick responses when I emailed the company with a query. Cheaper and easier than airline hold luggage.
Will use again and recommend without hesitation. Really a 5*plus service.

I had to move a box from Greece to the U.K., there was a slight problem with picking the box up (not fault of bags ahead, just with the Greek courier as a result of COVID-19), they where great at updating me and letting me know what was happening. And once picked up very quickly got to the U.K. and straight to my door!!

Quick responses and fantastic end-to-end service received from Bags Ahead. I organised a repatriation of a large number of luggage items back to our team members. Bags Ahead organised everything for us just a few days after my initial query. All bags were successfully delivered to each UK address (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Wight) within the week, and they even kept me in the loop with all communications sent to our team members from them, as well as when bags could not be delivered and when they were subsequently delivered. Very impressed with their service and would absolutely use them again.

Most competitive price, easiest site navigation and usability, great customer support through online chat. Brilliant communication during transit and all round faultless experience. Not usually someone to review but this experience deserved it.

I've sent some bags and guitars and even a tv, and all have arrived intact and within expected times. Any questions were promptly answered.
I wasn't sure I would be able to get all my stuff abroad as I'm moving but all went well.
Last bit will be my bike, fingers crossed, but I'm sure will be fine.

From start to finish, the service provided was excellent. I always had prompt, informative and kind responses to my many queries over phone and email. Bags Ahead were also extremely proactive and kept me updated on the tracking process once shipped. Not to mention I only gave them 24hrs notice of my shipping requirement!
