A lovely company to deal with.
Bags ahead were professional and unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process of transferring bags from Spain to the UK at the start of the Coronavirus outbreak. They kept us informed every step of the way and were really easy to contact. We have no hesitation in recommending their service and would definitely use them again if the need arises. It was lovely not having to take luggage though airport terminals.

This is the 1st time we have sent our luggage ahead. We were very apprehensive to start with. But we needn't have worried. What a brilliant service, from the staff on the telephone too the pickup driver, all very polite and helpful. The speed of the delivery to our hotel 2 working days. Well done Bagsahead. We recently used BA again for our ski…
We recently used BA again for our ski trip to Austria and it was as fabulous as before. As 4 girls we packed 2 'coffin bags' with our snowboards and all our helmets, boots etc which meant we only had to take hand luggage and hire a much smaller vehicle from Munich airport. It saved us money, time and a lot of hassle, can't recommend the service enough :)

Customer service was fantastic throughout, always there to answer questions quickly. I sent a PC monitor which I was warned could not be guaranteed. It arrived on time and perfectly intact. Great service.

I've used Bagsahead a couple of times…
I've used Bagsahead a couple of times now and the first time everything went absolutely to plan and everything was really simple with great updates. Recently I arranged to send some skis to Switzerland, over New Years. Unfortunately, there was an issue and the courier failed to deliver the skis on time however this was not the fault of Bagsahead and Chris did absolutely everything possible to resolve the situation. While not the result we wanted, I was still really impressed with how the situation was handled and the openness of the communications. It could have really spoiled my holiday as the courier was completely uncommunicative and would not provide the details we needed. Chris was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction which meant we still had an amazing holiday. Good to see a company really care about customer service when things go wrong - that is the real test - hence the 5 stars!
