Great service
Great service with daily updates about the bags, keeps my mind at peace that bags are scanned and tracked all the way. Just wish there was a timeslot for delivery - a family member had to be home all day to receive our bags.

5 star service, very happy surfer.
5 star service, undertook a difficult shipping project for me which no over company wanted to do (to ship a large surfboard to canaries). The whole thing from pick up to delivery went very smoothly with regular updates and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them and would not look elsewhere for this service, thankyou.

Shipment from the UK to turkey....
I had about 100 kgs shipped from the UK to my home in turkey. It was a very positive experience. Bagsahead stored the consignment for a few days until I got home and then shipped it and it arrived very promptly indeed. There were some admin issues like customs but throughout they were extremely responsive and helpful. This particular consignment was pretty expensive but by far the cheapest and most convenient option. Highly recommended without any hesitation...
