excellent customer service, I missed my original pick up, but bagsahead were straight on the case with a follow up collection, and kept me informed of my bags location the whole way.

Forget Sendmybag. Bagsahead all the way!
I frequently send luggage and had been using another service, Sendmybag.com. With them there where always problems with made-up charges concerning going over the weight limit, dimensions, etc. and having to send photos to prove my point and get the extra charges waived. I finally got so fed up that I started looking for another company and found Bagsahead who were great to deal with. Great customer service on the phone, updates by email and smooth and fast delivery. I shall be using them from now on and wholeheartedly recommend their service. Thank you, Bagsahead!

Bags were collected without fuss from London on Monday morning and arrived in southern Spain a day early on Thursday. Cheaper than paying for luggage with a budget carrier, more weight allowance, and we were free to take a circuitous route without bags. Great support from the bagsahead staff too. Definitely recommend.

Best way to move your luggage
Service from the company was outstanding, service was a great price for everything as well. Would recommend to anyone.
Even if you are willing to pay the ridiculous prices of the airlines, the hassle of waiting for the bags at the airport then dragging them to wherever you are staying.
Bagsahead delivered directly to the place we were staying so we only had to get off the plane and go to the property
Same again on the way back

Professional, trustworthy and speedy service...
The first time that I have used this company and I will definitely make them my preferred 'bag handling' company going forward. They were amazing from start to finish. Easy online steps, follow up call was speedy, the daily updates were well received and I had a very happy client in LA when his surfboard arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Excellent service both ways and kept upto date on where the luggage was. On delivery to home address in the UK the driver kindly took the cases upstairs for us which was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Excellent service ideal for sending bag ahead for holiday. Very happy this is second time we’ve used. I had mobility issues do it was great the very friendly courier collected and it was waiting at the hotel. The return we left st hotel and 3 days later arrived. Excellent value for money.

Bagsahead took care of our holiday luggage when the airline we'd booked flights with couldn't. The process from start to finish was easy, efficient and very informative. Every step of the way,the friendly staff kept me up to date with tracking my luggage.
Not only is this service friendly, easy but cheaper too.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 Stars from me!
