Mistake made but sorted out well.
Bagsahead forgot to make the booking to pick my bag up on the day requested. Called me to apologise and rearranged it for the working next day and gave me a partial refund. Thankfully, it didn't matter to me which day it was delivered so I was happy with their arrangement. Price decent and was efficient service. 4*

Easier than ski carriage on flight!
We sent snowboards with bagsahead. Great service, super communication. Bags collected and delivered exactly when stated. Regular updates when in transit. Will definitely use again. Easier than taking snowboards and all the family luggage to air port.

Excellent service, good value and reliable
Excellent. Very simple. Seemed too good to be true, but delivered what they’d promised and kept regular communications throughout so there was no doubt.
£100 return for one (filled!) Ski Bag - it had 3 pairs of skis and poles in it plus skiwear - was great value, rather than paying £80 return and having to lug them through the airports and transfers.
Would def recommend, and use again.

This is a brilliant service. We shipped our skis to and from the French Alps, which made the travel so much easier. A few questions we had through the process were handled super quickly and professionally. We have already recommended the service to friends.
