Very pleased with service
Very pleased with service, bags delivered to hotel as advised and collected and returned home with no problems.
E Mail confirmation received at each stage of delivery collection, very efficient and easy to deal with.
Much easier than carrying skis and boots through airport.

First class service. Once an initial issue with our paperwork was resolved, the cases were collected promptly and delivered when requested. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Incredible service, delivered as promised.
Such incredible service! I sent a large snowboard bag and one another suitcase to Canada as part of a permanent move. Firstly, price. My quotes were far cheaper than any competitor (I rang for a personal quote due to the unusual size of one of the bags). Secondly, customer service. Their agents are helpful, friendly and responsive. Before collection, they carefully guided me through the potential customs complications, advised how delays could arise, and how to minimise the chances of such. They also ensure staff are available outside of office hours, for your convenience (simple, but so refreshing for what I assume is a small/medium sized firm). Finally, delivered as promised. My gear arrived yesterday, no hassle, straight to my door, no customs hold up, excellent.
Without doubt I'd use Bagsahead again and recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Made a huge difference to our holiday, took off a lot of pressure.
We were nervous at first, but the professionalism of all involved was very clear and transparent. Though with first use we had concerns, someone readily got back to us and the team were readily available. Would definitely use again, it has definitely changed the way we will travel in the future
