Fantastic Communication, Value and Service
Bagsahead took on a huge collection of nearly 500 pieces of luggage and delivered a fantastic service in getting them individually where they needed to go. Their excellent communication meant I had confidence the bags would all reach their destinations safely and quickly. I have used many couriers in the past and now would look only to Bagsahead for either large projects or single bags. I would highly recommend them!

I had to leave baggage in France due to Coronavirus evacuation. Mine and some three hundred others needed to be shipped back to the UK. This was obviously a big task for Bagsahead but my bags were delivered safely. The only reason for not awarding five stars is it would have been helpful to receive an email of a delivery date.

Best company out there
I’ve been worried ever since I had to leave my luggage in France due to covid19 that I’d never get it back! This company have been amazing and I can’t believe how helpful they have been! They go above and beyond and that’s without paying an extortionate price. They gave me regular updates and my skis and bags turned up in perfect condition! In a short time frame too. You can trust their door to door service and I can assure you they will leave you with a smile on your face! Great guys! Chris and imran I can’t thank you enough.

We had to leave our bags in france at the start of lockdown, but they still got them home to us!
Excellent service. At the very start of the lockdown,we had to leave our bags in france, over 400 as a company! Despite the difficulties, bagsahead kept good communication with us about the situation and got all our bags home safe and in good time. Thank you
