Very pleased with the service received on my 2nd purchase. I lot of the designs I really don't like, but those I do, I like a lot. The necklaces are the best with lovely chunky clasps and being steel, they don't tarnish. Love the eco beads too - got one for my 50th birthday on a 22' chain and I never take it off. I'd like to see some more bracelet designs - I don't like the current range but would love a British steel bracelet. I've not had to return anything or deal with customer services, my purchases have all gone without a hitch.

Excellent communication. Bought bracelet as Christmas present and they speeded up the delivery to arrive before holidays. Excellent quality item.. Nearly lost as did not tighten small screws as advised after a couple of months wear! It's not going anywhere now! Looks so good and will last forever. Thanks

I’d been considering a Bailey for a while. I love the simplicity of the stainless steel cable. Ordering was easy with clear guidance on sizing, something I’d notice was missing from others especially for larger sizes. Delivery was quick and efficient. Quality is excellent as I’d expect from made in Sheffield items.

Not the Best the driver had left my expensive purchase on doorstep in full public view and claimed that i had received and signed for it.
Dear Adele apologies for the 1 star review as I assumed 'Truspilot' was the ones who delivered the item and as I stated in a previous email I do not blame Bailey's for what happened blame lies solely on the delivery service as I have made an error I will correct the star review to acceptable but also not the best delivery service that could have been received.

Ive made 2 orders, first order was a fully loaded bracelet, supposed to be signed for on delivery, it was left in a plant pot, so no idea who signed for it.

Second order i ordered some extra beads, they were supposed to be here yesterday, but delivery was delayed, supposed to be delivered next working day but still heard nothing from the delivery company and dont know where my order is.

Going to chase it up now.

The product that has been delivered is great, exactly what i wanted. Sadley the delivery service has let the company down.
