Great product and superb customer service. My wife gifted me a bracelet for Christmas the initial order was lost by DHL. Adele at Baileys was a pleasure to deal with, after checking with DHL and establishing my order was lost, she arranged a replacement order which arrived just in time for Christmas. I was very pleased with the gift, would highly recommend

Bought a bracelet from them many years ago and since then have purchased a number of beads. They are friendly and very efficient. Delivery times are excellent. I bought a steel bracelet for my husband and have since bought one of the beads, such fantastic quality and definitely a talking point when we're out and about. The customer service is excellent and delivery very fast.

This is the 3rd Bailey bracelet I have…
This is the 3rd Bailey bracelet I have bought for the men in my family. The quality is very good. I've had them all personalized for each person. Which has been easy to do. I've called for advice too and had the most lovely lady in the office who has given good advice and great customer service, Nothing being too much trouble. I have even had the same lady deliver one because it would not have arrived in time for the occasion. I really can't recommend them enough. The icing on the cake is that they are made in Sheffield too. Great to support local business.
