I ordered novelty stamps for children
I ordered novelty stamps for children. They were to be used on the back of childrens hands where I work as a small reward for completing a task or general good behaviour. We have stamps that look exactly like the stamps you have online but the stamps from you work great on paper but are useless on skin so was disappointed. That's the reason for the mid range review. Service was great, delivery time was great, cost was great, but product fell short of my expectations.

The product was fine although smaller than anticipated but I was disappointed that it was not made clear that it came from the UK. The address was in Australia. I wouldn't have ordered something coming from the other side of the earth. Please make this clear in your description.

Misleading - not an Australian business
I was disappointed to realise this is not an Australian business despite being a .com.au site and calling itself Baker Ross Australia - the products were shipped from the UK and close inspection shows it is a UK business. I do buy from overseas when necessary but I don't like being misled.

Allow extra time for delivery
The order took a very long time to arrive. However when it eventually arrived the products were good. Order placed on 6th June. Did not arrive until 13th June. Request for review arrived before product delivered.

Bad postage experience
I order some masks for my daughter’s birthday party. I ordered them on the 20th May and the party was on the 2nd of June. It said postage would take 5-7 working days. They came after 14 days. My daughter’s party had come and gone. When I emailed 5 days before the party they said if they arrive after the party to just refuse to accept it from the courier as Baker Ross doesn’t have return labels. I wasn’t home when it was delivered, so now I have no idea how to get a refund. Pretty disappointing.
