Overcomplicated
I didn’t love the website and 2 days later receiving an email promoting WAREHOUSE OVERSTOCKED 60% OFF reinforces why. I didn’t receive a discount for my first order, that took multiple extra steps. I didn’t get the 15% Easter discount and the postage was considerable. After spending 20 minutes on the site and growing frustrated I cut my loss of discounts and checked out.

I've received different items in my order to what I was expecting, definitely things I would NOT have chosen! I don't know how this would have happened, given I clicked on the items I DID want to order. I now see that the order confirmation I was sent includes the unwanted items, not the ones I wanted. Now I am stuck with them. :-( Not happy, Not ordering again. Also NOT happy that I am being bombarded with emails of advertising!

Truely exceptional shipping. I was a bit skeptical that my goods would arrive to rural NSW in under a week and in time for back to school, but alas they did. Well done Bakker Ross, I shall be back for all my school goodies!

I have ordered twice now from this company. My first order was great - the product was exactly what I expected and it arrived in a reasonable time.
My second order has still not arrived, over a month after making the order, and there is very little urgency from Baker Ross in chasing the delivery parnter to find out where my order is. Very disappointing customer service.

Your delivery turn around time sucked. Product arrived the day after it was needed. Waste of time and money with cost of delivery almost the same price as the toys ordered themselves. Disappointing experience all round and won’t be using you again!

Online our products were available, when our products arrived we only received 50% of our purchase. We now are waiting until the end of September for the remaining. The order should have stated "out of Stock"

Products were as described and great prices for the quality. I didn’t realise until checkout and shipping costs that products were coming to Australia from the UK (due to .com.au domain) but delivery was quite quick. I would definitely order again as the variety is quite fun for the age group I’m buying for (under 10).
