Fantastic products - terrible service
The products were fantastic and really made our party.
However, the postage was extremely expensive and service was awful - the delivery took weeks & only arrived the morning of our party, despite ordering well ahead of recommended delivery times.
Emailed several times for an ETA without any help - just referred to the tracking number (which was not recognised) and the website info. Very disappointing.
EDIT: Perhaps you should update your delivery windows and website information to reflect this.

Original delivery date blew out
We originally noted on purchase that delivery was prior to 9th June. After waiting a long time, delivery changed to around 20th June. We needed tis item for the long weekend (10th and 11th June). It is now of ABSOLUTELY no use to us. What a waste of money.

Good quality but so expensive
I love the quality of the products but they're very expensive, which wouldn't be so bad if the shipping wasn't also so expensive. I would buy from Baker Ross ALL the time if there was cheaper shipping. My order was shipped in a HUGE box for what it was. You could have fit 3 or 4 times my order in the box. Maybe if you used an appropriately sized box you wouldn't have had to charge me so much for shipping.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the set l ordered and more so given it is a very small and light pack worth $13 floating around in an oversized box for which l was charged more than $18 to have shipped. I wontbe placing any orders in the future.

Disappointed
I have to admit I am disappointed with the quality of the product, the delivery time and the communication. Tracking ability was lost once the parcel reached Australia and was forwarded to a third party delivery service. The delivery time was greater than the quoted 5-10 business days. The product quality is no where near value for money.

Lovely colours.
The products were as advertised. The paper was a little thin and thus will not be durable but the colours were nice.
The postage fee for what I ordered was very high and I felt that postage options could be better.

My rating is based on the company’s service & not the product as unfortunately the product never arrived. My order was promptly processed arriving in Australia within the published timeframe then disappeared. I tried to resolve this myself but didn’t get any
co-operation from the freight company so contacted Baker Ross who advised it was declared lost. They offered to resend or refund, I chose refund as the occasion I was going to use the items had passed. It is rare today to find a company who follows up issues to a conclusion & refunds especially when the issue was not their fault. Thank you Baker Ross.

The magnets are very weak
The magnets are very weak, not strong enough to hold a piece of paper to the fridge door, therefore not at all useful and a complete waste of money. However they were dispatched quickly.

I ordered the sunflower craft that had…
I ordered the sunflower craft that had self adhesive glue dots for sequins to attach to for a camp.
Unfortunately the glue was very inadequate and would not stuck a sequin.
Further more the sequins provided where very limited to cover 4 in a pack and potential wastage by children.
I had to buy own sequins and cover in roller glue to make this doable.
Disappointed as I had hoped I ordered a complete craft.
Will not be referring or using Baker Ross again
Gave 3 stars as it arrived on time and I was able to rectify it for use

Late seasonal craft
I ordered an Easter craft for a group of children in plenty of time for delivery before Easter. It was quite expensive for a paper craft. It was delivered two days after Easter and was therefore useless. This was the first time I had ordered from Baker Ross.

did not realise that your items were being shipped from the UK - as it is an Australian site it would have been nice if this was made clear in your listings! The order took way longer than expected to arrive due to this.

I ordered 2 x 12 Easter baskets as I needed 22 for my child’s kindergarten. It cost a lot to get these with the postage and was well over what I wanted to pay but accepted it as they were exactly what I was looking for. However, the items arrived as “12 pieces” so a 6 pack each with the base and handle. The pack itself said “12 pack” on the back. The description on the website said 12 as well. So now I have 12 extremely overpriced baskets that I won’t use. Very disappointed!!

Snow domes so small no child would be capable of colouring in….not even my 8 year old granddaughter who is amazing at crafts and no directions.Weaving baskets not wrapped separately so I had to divid everything, photocopy the directions and place in zip locked bags. Looks very crappy. Very disappointed and have had to buy other things for my Easter baskets at a fraction of the cost and better. I have already sent an email complaining which got me nowhere. Apparently the domes are very popular and yes they would be until received. No child would have the ability to colour in something so small
