I ordered little trucks and diggers for my grandson and poppy windmills for me :) all arrived within the week, great selection of novelties that aren't arts and crafts. I love browsing the Baker Ross website. I have ordered a few different times over the years and each time I get really excited when the parcel comes! I normally get things that I can make or do with my grandson, for example I got 2 wooden Christmas trees and lots of stick on stars and pom poms, we had a ball. And I got ceramic money boxes and garden gnomes that we could paint, I love these things. Looking forward to the Halloween ideas. Baker Ross - unknowingly bringing grandparents closer to their grandkids!

Not an Irish Website even though it says .ie
Be careful if in Ireland and are ordering from here. The website address makes it look like it's in Ireland but it's being sent from England. This creates problems with customs. It's been three weeks since I've ordered and still have not received my package. An Post says it hasn't gotten through Customs. Very annoyed as I thought I was ordering from an Irish company and therefore didn't need to worry about customs.

I still haven't received my order…
I still haven't received my order as it is stuck in customs. I had ordered toys for my daughters birthday party bags. Her party is over and I had to go out and buy new things for her party bags. Customs are looking for an order confirmation email with details of the order on it and the company can't provide this. So be aware if you are ordering from here that your package may not arrive

Delivery of items ordered was prompt. However, two of the shrink keyrings, despite following instructions carefully, ended up bunched up, leading to an upset pupil. They usually curl up at the corners and unfurl after a minute but these ones didn't. I'd recommend having spares to allow for this unfortunate flaw. Deco paint pens were fine.
