My order for 10kg bulgur was made with products whose expiration date was 3 months. I stated via WhatsApp line that it was not possible for me to consume it in this period and requested it to be replaced with new dated products. I asked them to ship the new dated products and have them pick up my items during delivery. However, I was told that new ones would be sent if I shipped the ones I had and paid the shipping fee. That's right, the mistake was my fault and I should have made the correction. Thanks
Bakkalim disrespects the customers
It's impressive how this turkish market disrespects the customers.
I've already received my purchases with missing items, also I've received with the wrong items...
I always report the problem and never get a resolution.

missing items
We purchased 3 jars of Koska uzum pekmez but received only 1 jar. The explanation from the company was: the ones we purchased had short shelf life (hence were discounted), so they sent 1 with longer shelf life. They did not offer to make up for the missing items.
We also received 800 gr of coffee (4 x 200 gr) instead of 2 kg (4x500gr) we purchased. They did not provide any explanation but sent 1 more kg of coffee. But, it is still short of 200 gr of what we purchased.
It is a shame that we won't be using their service again as we had problem-free transactions in the past, but it appears that something has changed.

First time Shopping with them Very Very Happy. Good Customer service especially Mr Cihan Arslan if you have any issues just talk to him he ll do best for you. Everything was wrong about my order
Everything was wrong about my order. Firstly, the discount code they gave on their Facebook page didn’t work at the check out. Then the order came 2-3 days late as before.
But worse than that is that the products were not what I ordered and in a horrible shape. The Turkish ravioli was totally melted into a dough and meat paste, the cologne was opened (without a cap), the dishes were in the wrong colour. And the worst was the sucuk! (turkish sausage) It wasn’t the brand I’ve ordered, a 4£ cheaper version with more chicken meat than beef. Also probably the price was reduced because it’s one month away from the expiration date and I can see the promotional price sticker on the product is covered for me not to realise that. It even doesn’t smell right. Horrible experience!

they don't accept refunds until you send food destruction video
When I requested a refund for wrong and faulty food products, I was told that I had to take a destruction video. I was told that I had to open the package and pour tea on it, and I had to record and send it. They said that they would not make an exchange or refund if I did not send the video. Despite my unwillingness to return it and accepting the postage fee, they did not accept it. This is not acceptable. I did not find these requests ethical. Unfortunately, it was a place where I would never shop.

I have ordered a set of pans as a gift to my mother. The box is damaged and torn;
There are price stickers and sticker residues on two or three of the pans;
The frying pan has a deformity on the rim which is quite noticeable;
The inside of the frying pan has a dark tint; unlike the other pans.

Avoid. Everything arrived at room temperature including frozen items and also cheeses. I wanted an exchange for these and the customer service was terrible they said it is ok to consume them at room temperature. I sent them a photo but they say it is not melted:) iwill make a file about them with some of the people also had a negative experience with them.
