Helpful knowledgeable staff. Efficient booking in of e-bike for service and minor repairs. All my comments and requests were accurately noted on the work sheet which was included on the invoice. Very reasonable pricing. No unnecessary upselling. Bike felt like new after service, new chain and gear cable. Beautifully clean. Ride was unbelievably smooth and rattle free. Very pleased overall. Definitely my go to bike shop of choice in Chiswick.

Me and my colleagues went to check for available bicycles. Staff were accommodating even if customers were just checking stuff. Though my friend ended up purchasing the bike. Bike price were reasonable as well

When they found out I was not local to the area they expeditated the service I needed and I picked up my bike within 45 mins. They had the inner tube replacement for my electric Brompton G line in stock, which was great as I had tried several local places with no luck. Nice friendly staff.

Very quick and efficient! I. called to see if the item was in stock at my nearest branch, it was and I collected it a couple of hours later. Friendly staff as usual.

Bought new bike. A lot of comms issues. Bike not that well set up. I didn't feel very valued. Staff could be helpful but often seemed short-staffed.

Ordered 2 sizes of gloves and asked to keep them for 2 weeks as I don’t live nearby . Came to try. Neither fit. Ordered a larger pair and again asked to keep for a month. Finally came and tried the larger pair and they fit nicely. Staff didn’t make any issue of keeping the purchase there for sometime as I could only call at shop every now and then, and have been most helpful.

The staff was nice and helpful.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is that I was charged a higher price than the one listed on the product page. The seller was aware of it and still chose to charge me the price that was in his system and not on the product.

They sold me a faulty bike, added and installed accessories I didn't order, and I had to pay for them. In the end, when I came back to fix the issues within the 6-month free check period, they told me I was too fat for the bike and that this was the reason behind all the issues.
The bike broke down 15 minutes after I left their shop.

Good efficient sales service with knowledgeable staff, did overlook a small part of my order but were quick to reorder.

The part was fine but no-one told me it was ready for collection after about 10 days, so just popped in and it was there.

This was my first road bike I ever purchased. The staff there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Michale helped me place the order and when it came time for pickup, Jeric was great at helping me set the right fit (seat, brakes, etc) and installing pedals, he also pointing me to the different helmet and bike lock options. Super happy with the purchase and experience!

Yes after the initial sale good after sales help.I recommended the similar bike to my pal who called your shop and was told to go on line where it is not discounted. I told they guys today he was still interested but he showed no interest in say, calling him so he can book with a deposit. ( strange)
