A superb service from an exceptionally professional team, who really want you to have the right product for you. A team who are cyclists through and through and know their stuff. I highly recommend visiting them and just chatting to them about your cycling needs. I experienced no pressure to buy anything, but came away on a cycling high.

Richard in the workshop was very helpful and willingly gave up his time and expertise to try to help address the problem with my Trek. Gold star ⭐... The other Reigate staff were also very customer focused and approachable.

Would have been 5 stars except for the fact I kept trying to speak to your Gatwick branch which was the nearest branch for me but no one would answer the phone. So I then phoned Reigate who did answer and could place my order.
They-probably deserved 5 stars as did the delivery people.

Great range of bikes and very good prices but what really sets this Reigate team apart is their knowledge, enthusiasm and service. I bought two bikes here and Anthony who served me was an absolute star. I learnt loads, bought lots more than intended, but left the shop with two perfectly set up bikes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Over and above expectations.
Headset starts to make an alarming knocking sound. In to Reigate branch and on the spot identified the star nut had rusted away. Booked for a headset service in four days time but did the fix the next day before 9:30. Thank you, exemplary service.

They are brilliant, I could not recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgable and patient (I had a lot of questions). I bought electric gears and once fitted they spent ages talking me through them. After sales has been brilliant as well. Price wise they are market leading.
