Easy online ordering and pick up

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Had a standard service booked in, and they did as requested, bike rides great now. Took a while for them to get the right parts in, so the whole service took 3 weeks, so bear in mind.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tested the bike around local area and very happy with purchase. But the hard same but genuinely wants the customer to go home happy.

Easy quick communicative service but new tyre makes noise against hub cap as thicker than previous and with my weight doesn't turn as freely hopefully will wear down a bit

My bike service was carried out in a timely fashion. Though I got the bike to the store slightly late the overall experience of getting the bike serviced was done quickly.

I’d never used the bike shop before i found it on my way home.
I booked to have a rack fitted to my Brompton
I asked them to look at a couple of other things.
Not only did they do a great job fitting rack but the fixed my other little jobs for no charge.
A week later I had a problem with the gears which they fixed in minutes for no charge.
I can highly recommend this shop.
I’m not an expert or professional bike rider I’m just a bloke that rides a little.

I had a great experience with Alex at Balfe’s Waterloo. He repaired my bike quickly and professionally, and the quality of his work was excellent. Alex was extremely polite, friendly, and happy to explain what needed fixing, which I really appreciated.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service. My bike now rides perfectly thanks to him. I would definitely recommend Balfe’s Waterloo and especially Alex to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable bike mechanic.

Service is excellent. I came to collect my order and ask for an advised about e-bikes. Giles happily accommodated my request. He shared information on what to look for in an e-bike, power, battery and the placement of this in a bike. Showed some e-bikes that are currently in store. As I am on a shorter side, most of the e-bikes are big for me but Giles assured me that they can help with the adjustment to ensure the bike will fit me. I'm grateful that Giles did not hesitate to accommodate my request even if I am not buying yet. That is what customer service is about.

Always a warm welcome when arriving at the shop in Waterloo . My bycycle running perfect after some minor alterations . Great store great staff no doubt my custom will always Balfe's first choice
