Great communication, free collected and fast payment!

I was nervous at first but Hussein and Pavel are great, very talented and know their business. They gave expert advice on the phone and in person without trying to sell me anything. They took great care of my MacBook and did the hard drive update from 300gb to 1tb in less than 24hours. Great service and even gave me a free gift when I paid. I am so relived to have found a computer repairs company who can do what I need. I will be going back.

Thank you very much Bits & PC for helping me out! MacBook suddenly stopped working and I fear the worst. I immediately went to Bits & PC and they quickly identified the problem: it was just the cable that was broke. Bits & PC ordered a new cable and I was able to pick up my computer again the next day. They sorted everything out for me in 24 hours. Thank you very much for the quick and excellent service!

I had a iMac to trade in because I didn't use it anymore. I contacted Bits & PCs on the Monday to get a quote and arrange pick up for Thursday the same week. It was picked up and processed and I got more money than I was quoted because I had missed something off the online quote which is very honest of them. Once it had been looked over I had the money within a week. So easy and such a fair price.

All went as promised. I am very happy with my deal.

Sadly this started badly and ended worse after lots of communication back and forth using their website, email address and finally telephone conversations. They lost my contact details which resulted in not getting someone to collect the equipment, which resulted in time elapsing and therefore a new (and lower) price proposed for my Mac when I got back in touch. Despite triple confirming the new price and date of the person to collect they still failed to get it right. This resulted in a lost day sitting at home waiting for someone to pick up the package when all they could have done is inform me I could take the package to the post office. After assessment they pointed out some really small points and deducted what looked like the price of delivery off the price - Exhausted to argue I just accepted the price and won't ever be using again. I hope you have a better experience if you're not put off by this review.
