Great service. Quick no hassle. Good staff. Good trade in price. I wish they had more shops closer to me in East London.

Was thrilled with the price I got and the whole process from start to finish was over in 24 hours. Would go there again every time.

It could have done with being a little quicker. Aside from that, no complaints. Very professional and I was well treated and received a fair price.

I received an initial quote back for my laptop from them within 24 hours and it was higher than other places so I decided to take the laptop down to the shop myself as I work in London.

The members of staff I met were friendly, professional and dealt with booking in my laptop quickly, telling me I would hear something back either later that day or the next day.

When I arrived home from work (around 6pm) they had already e-mailed saying the laptop had been inspected and in fact the price had gone up by £10! I passed over my payment details as requested and waited for my payment the next day.

This is where I had one slight problem with them in that the payment did not go in the day I thought it would. I did call and was told it should be in by the end of the day, but come 6pm again it wasn't in. I called again and was given an apology and told it would be in by 1pm the next day.

Sure enough, the payment was in by 11am along with a confirmation e-mail.

I would recommend this company for anyone looking to sell their laptop and I am still giving them 5 stars as despite the minor hiccup with the payment everything went smoothly/

They were quick to respond to my initial query and very efficient following that. They helped me with some questions and delivered my funds very quickly.

They gave me the best quote online so I waited for the catch but there wasn't one - they paid exactly what they promised without any quibbling or fuss. I will be using them again and I have already sent two friends to them.

I sold my 17" Macbook pro which was 7 years old, I put my details in the system honestly and a good price came back, even with the laptop having no battery pack which would of cost me £70 off ebay to buy a new one. Collected by courier and got the money a few days later. Also paid out the agreed original online quote so was very happy. Would definitely use again. 1st time using them so I can vouch for their general price quoting on other items. A*

Was selling a macbook air. Found them online, emailed them, acouple days later got a quote. It was reasonable, considering age of my laptop - took it in (as I was nervous about the courier side of things).

They looked it over, we were happy over price, I got the money a day or so later. So very nice and smooth, less hassle than selling on ebay and I got only slightly less than I would have done selling it that way.

I traded in my old iMac and got a great price for it and was very impressed with the service. Highly recommended!

Selling my iMac online was a potential risk. But Bit's and PC's were very good. They adjusted the offer price down a bit but explained and justified why. Really good experience.

I had a buying in quote of £237 for my 3.5 years old immaculate 21.5" iMac from an online "well established family run company"!

Fortunately BAPCS paid me over 60% (yes over sixty percent) more and the service was 100% quick, efficient and friendly. I have no experience of buying from BAPCS but would sell to them again with absolute confidence.

The process was the only let down for me.

I felt the quotation process and purchase offer were both quick and realistic. But once accepted things slowed down and it was challenging to get a response without chasing and prompting.

Pickup of my computer was smooth, receiving a report and payment was a struggle due to poor communication.

Would I use again .... yes ... would I recommend ... perhaps ....

Very poor service in store - having explained why I was there, I was ignored with no explanation or communication for over 20 mins. Slow to respond by email and needed prompting - missed the date they said they would respond by. Happy with the price and transaction eventually, but should have experienced better service on the way.

Bits& PCs were amazing. it was so simple and easy. i didnt have to do anything. i did the order online. they text me when the courier was coming, i gave the courier my item , i got a email saying they had received it and then the money was in my bank.
so happy i used them as the laptop was just sitting collecting dust, not being used and i managed to make some money :)
would highly recommend and def use again :)

The whole operation was very efficient. The on line form was easy to complete and the price offered very fair. The computer was collected and within a couple of days my machine had been tested and found OK and the cash arrived promptly in my bank account.

We were selling all of the Mac equipment in our studio [due to relocation] the guys from Bits and PC's quoted us a value for the lot via email. I was a little skeptical to have all the equipment taken away for testing without payment but it worked out well. They tested very promptly and issued us the final report on the equipment and any minor defects which they found. These were then itemised and subtracted from the offer. We were given the option to accept their offer or have our goods returned. For us it was a straight forward solution to selling our equipment, I would recommend them.
