I was first a bit suspicious when I decided to sell my gadgets and computers online, running around in circles, browsing on the web for days to choose a place where I can trust and move forward with the whole thing. Bits & PCs ended all my concerns about it straight away from the beginning; as soon I contacted them for a quote they have been very professional and helpful to sell my items. They also have a very fair pricing when it comes to sell and buy items. Besides, they have been extremely patient and helpful to retrieve my lost files - yes, I accidentally deleted my files after I send my computers and gadgets for sale to them, silly me! - as soon as I contacted them, they started to work on recovering my lost files and saved most of them! Everything's completed in the end and I managed to sell all my items without any more issues or delay, with a good price and the transaction was completed pretty fast. I will definitely would like to work with them again regarding buying or selling gadgets online and for other services they offer. I would also recommend them to everyone without any hesitation! They are very reliable and this is very important. Thanks you so much for the top notch, great service Bits&PCs!

Needed to sell my two year old iMac. Obtained about five on-line quotes and Bits & PCs offered the best deal. This included free pick up (from home).

From offer to purchase and completion of sale I was kept informed at all times. Simple procedure and in my case when my Macbook was received and tested it was found to be a higher specification than on which they had quoted. Result was the offer to purchase was increased.
Would certainly recommend this company interested in selling their PC or Mac

Having sought a quote on the web, which came back quickly, I accepted the quote and was sent a label for despatch and collection by their agent. Later I was sent an email advising me on a day for collection. I sent my MacBook Pro off to Bits and PCs, received notification that it had arrived. Two days later I was sent the results of testing and a revised quote because I had incorrectly described the body (my fault not theirs).I accepted the revised quote and payment arrived 4 days later. The whole process took just over a week.
I can't fault them

I sold my apple desktop after being given a quote via email. The financial transaction was accurate regarding the initial quote. I would highly recommend this company if you are selling electrical products. I would use them for any purchase i will make in the future.

Overall, these guys offered the best price for my iMac but overall I wasn't too impressed, I received basically no communication from them that wasn't started by myself, nothing to tell me they'd received it, nothing to confirm what they were doing to it, no confirmation of payment. In all I was waiting a week with emails going back and forth. May not matter to some but when you're hearing nothing from the people who have something of yours with significant value in their possession it's slightly unnerving. I did receive an apology but would have preferred it didn't come to that. I would probably use again because of the price factor, but would go into the transaction with lower expectations of customer service.

They may be a bit slow, but they arrive in the end.
