The customer support from the team at Heritage Place has been excellent. We've met with Jonathan, Victoria, Tony and Margaret and all been very professional while being supportive. They listen to our questions and provide us with answers simple to understand. They've made our experience so far very satisfying.

Our journey with Bargate Homes began a few months ago, and from the very start, it has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone we've interacted with has been incredibly supportive, but two individuals in particular -Tony and Jonathan - stand out for making the experience truly memorable.

From our first meeting with Tony, we felt welcomed and assured. His approachable nature and genuine interest in helping us, rather than just selling a property, immediately put us at ease. Soon after, we met Jonathan, whose calm and knowledgeable presence only reinforced our confidence in the decision we were making.

Throughout the process, they have both been consistently patient, allowing us the time we needed to think things through without pressure. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our questions and concerns have been invaluable in what can often be a stressful time.

At every stage, we've felt informed, respected, and cared for. The whole experience has exceeded our expectations, and we’re grateful to Bargate Homes -not just for the beautiful property, but for making the path to purchasing it so smooth and reassuring.

Before you buy a house from Bargate , ask Bargate why they are using PREMIER GUARANTEE check out Premier Guarantee Trust Pilot Reviews 93% of people have given them 1 STAR which is the minimum you have to give anyway …we’ve had issues with Bargate who are refusing to rectify issues, we have then got in contact with premier , who originally sided with us , then after speaking to Bargate , have now sided with Bargate, and are now refusing to talk to us . Saying case closed ! So this is supposed to be an impartial company who guarantee the works . They ARE NOT anything like NHBC . The last time my husband spoke to Premier , they said we didn’t qualify as a policy holder as he is an electrician, so if you are in the trade you may want to rethink buying from Bargate, as apparently as they will use any excuse to wriggle out ! Premier actually hung up on our conversation! As customers who paid over £560k for a brand new home , with issues, we have been left high and dry and no one will talk to us. We have also been told by Bargate they are in dispute with us , and we have NO further communications directly and we have to speak their solicitor, who have also ignored us and just hoping we will disappear! Disgusting!!! You have been warned !!! Lisa Green head of customer experience , rude , she actually went out of her way to go to a site where by husband was working to try and pull him on his electrical work (where she MASSIVELY FAILED) where my husbands good at his job. She stood in our house and said yes I went to that site and apparently inspected his work ! She could not pull him on anything , however the workmanship on our new home is disgraceful ! She’s rude and disrespectful. Why would someone do that ???

We are in the process of purchasing a new build with Bargate, and we’re very happy with the process so far. The sales office team: Jonathan, Victoria and Tony are great! They are very friendly and helpful, and they all go out of their way to answer our questions, provide information and clarify everything we need to know. Communication has been great. They share our excitement for our new house too! The process has been smooth and straightforward so far. We’re looking forward to completion and finally moving in.

We recently moved into our new home at Herons Quarter, Warsash, and as first-time buyers, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic—thanks in large part to the incredible sales team.

From our very first enquiry, Callum, Zoe, and Maddie were outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they were friendly, approachable, and consistently proactive. They supported us through every step of the process, from answering our endless questions and arranging weekly site visits, to guiding us through all the key information and making sure we felt confident and informed.

What really stood out was their communication and genuine care. Even after we moved in, they checked in with us, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We truly felt looked after throughout the entire journey, and it made a huge difference during what could have been a stressful time.

Since moving in, we’ve been loving our new home, and the customer service team has already been in touch to support us with any initial snags or concerns.

As first-time buyers, we had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding sales team. Victoria, Jonathan, and Tony were incredibly prompt and responsive, even when working around tight schedules and deadlines. Their consistent, clear, and transparent communication made a world of difference, and we truly appreciated how all our questions and special requests were relayed seamlessly between the sales, solicitors and site teams. What could have been a stressful process turned out to be smooth and enjoyable—far better than we expected. The sales team’s support played a huge role in making our first home purchase such a positive experience.

The whole process of buying a home with Bargate has been great for us. We viewed several new builds in the area and we kept coming back to Heritage place for the bespoke houses and informative customer service. We mostly dealt with Tony and Jonathan, they were honest and knowledgable and kept us up to date throughout all the stages. There was a great level of support towards completion and professional service when reacting to our questions and queries. No task was too small for this team and our new home demonstration was really helpful to. All of the information post completion from the customer service team has been excellent and the Guided Home account is a great tool with all your house information you would ever need. We would recommend Bargate to our family and friends and look forward to life in our new home!!

Well the team at Bargate couldn’t have done any more to accommodate all our many queries and requests for information and to view possible homes. Sadly it didn’t come to pass despite Callum, Maddie and Zoe’s immense patience and helpful information. Such a great team of staff who are immensely welcoming, understanding and professional. Our Second Bargate Home ❤️ We were looking to move home after living in our original Bargate Home that was a 2 bed for the past 5 years, we had looked at older properties, other new build developers, but when we came to see another Bargate Home it just felt right. The service, the quality of the property, the finer details of the home, it was all that was loved about Bargate the first time around and we could really see how over the past 5 years they have refined as well. Callum, Maddie and Zoe have been absolutely lovely. Really approachable, proactive and great at communication. Everything has felt like a breeze. It was really lovely to have such a personalised service and feel really looked after during what can be a really stressful time.

We have just recently moved in to a new Bargate home in Warsash and really couldn’t be happier. The layout and build quality are superb. Throughout the purchase process Callum, Maddie and Zoe in the sales office were great. They always kept us up to date with the progress and sent weekly photos as the house build progressed. This was such a lovely touch as it was so exciting to receive these every week. I’m delighted with my move to my new home.

We have recently moved into a house at Herons Quarter in Warsash. Having never bought a new build before we didn’t know what to expect. We can honestly say it has exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and built to such a high standard with loads of high end extras included as standard.
The customer service couldn’t have been better from Callum & Zoe. We’ve received weekly emails from the team including photos to show us the progress of the build. We came for several site visits during the build and they were always really accommodating and super helpful. Now we’re in any minor issues we’ve had have been dealt with really promptly.
Initially we had reservations about buying a new build because of some of the stories you hear about poor build quality, but now I’m not sure we’d buy anything else.

My mother recently purchased a new home with Bargate Homes . This was her first house move in 46 years and a very emotional time for her . The team in Warsash -Callum , Maddie and Zoe were all so supportive and understanding of her situation and made the process as easy they could for her .

The team were extremely helpful with our house purchase, constant communication and onsite/ on the end of the phone whenever we needed. Our house is finished to a very high standard, we are really pleased!

We have recently moved in to a new Bargate Home at Heritage Place. The process has been as smooth as can be expected with any house move. The sales team (Tony, Jonathan,Vic) were always on hand to help the process run smoothly and as quickly as possible, even stepping in to help when we were let down by our initial solicitor. I had lots of questions during the purchase process and would pop in to the sales office on a regular basis. My questions were always answered and nothing was too much. We had a lovely house warming gift from Bargate and felt fully informed about how to make the most of our house following the ‘new home visit’. We are now settled in and the after sales team (Claire/Lisa) are working hard to address the snagging issues that any new home comes with.
I would highly recommend the new build home buying process with Bargate.
