Absolutely brilliant will highly recommend John and Gary went out there way to get the kitchen done quick for us , the boys fitting were fantastic. Such a friendly and understanding team and the kitchen is fantastic looks great did a brilliant job.

I visited their showroom recently for a bathroom refurb. John was very kind and helpful and showed us around. We were given a catalogue to choose the items and ordered and selected a date for installation over email. On the day of the installation the fitter experienced some trouble due to an issue with our stop tap. Gary was called over and was very understanding of the situation. It took a few weeks for the stop tap issue to be solved with our plumber but the Barras team were very patient during this time. When we finally got the stop tap fixed a new installation date was decided very fast. Quality of products and the work is excellent. Our best experience with any refurb work so far. Completely recommend Barras for all home improvement works and hope to work with them again in the future for a WC and kitchen refurb.

We have just recently had our bathroom completed. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Starting in the showroom very helpful, friendly nothing was to much trouble and have advise when we asked. The fitter, tiler, plasterer, electrician and plummer we all very polite and got on with the job in hand cleaned up as they went along. One of the days was the hottest day of the year but they carried on deserved a medal. We are very happy with the work looks lovely and would recommend the company to anyone if asked. Excellent workmenship.

Barras have completed a few jobs for us, from small to large. They are the ultimate professionals, from excellent customer service to quality workmanship. Highly recommended!

A very good quality kitchen that was expertly fitted by a variety of tradesmen.
The good thing with buying off a smaller company like Barras is that if you have any issues you talk to them direct, not a call center, and they action it straight away

I found Barras Home Improvements extremely helpful and very clear - they do what they say!! They were honest about the likely delivery time, and it was refreshing to be told "oh, yes, Mrs Beech, I know all about your order" when I rang up several weeks after placing the order. I was impressed by how quickly the machine was delivered to us and fitted once it had been delivered to the shop. I would certainly go to them again for similar purchases.

This family business go above and beyond to make sure the customer has exactly want they want. They offer a very professional service, there are no pushy salespeople they work with you to offer the best solutions possible. The fitters are very experienced and extremely polite. We approached Barras Home Improvements to help us with the delivery of a large renovation project, for our Client in Warwick. From the very beginning, their support to both us and our Clients has been fantastic.

We were very keen to find a partner who could not only deliver on the required design detail, but one that we could trust, exchange expertise with and above all, one who could remain Client focused throughout all aspects of the process. Prior to instruction, we found their reviews from previous customers very reassuring and the process since has only proved that they were the right choice for this project.

Step by step we looked after our Clients together. As the layers of the property are peeled back, there is often a challenge or two to address and overcome, which as a result of careful design planning and close communication, we moved forward in a timely manner.

Our Clients are very happy with the partnership created and the team effort from Barras throughout delivery, working in and around the Covid challenges that arose. The word 'Excellent' is used excessively nowadays, but John/Gary and team really are excellent. They did our bathroom about 7 years back and they were our first port of call for our kitchen last year. The end result was amazing! The fitters were skilful, diligent and determined to provide top quality. The customer service was really above and beyond (during and after completion).

I’ve recently had a full bathroom renovation done by the team at Barras and can honestly say I have never dealt with such a lovely bunch of people.
