Foot Therapy Trainers

I ordered a pair of Foot Therapy trainers in a size 8. They were delivered within a week - I was very impressed! On opening the box I discovered that I had been sent a pair size 41 which, in actual fact is a size 7. There was no way they were going to fit my size 8 feet. I phoned Customer Services and spoke to a very polite young man who sympathised but said they had no size 8's left. He kindly gave me their Freepost address so I was able to return them at no extra cost to me. I was promised that my money would be refunded when they received the trainers back.

Comfy shoes

Bought some nice looking comfy bridal shoes that fit well, they are easy to walk in so perfect for my up coming wedding. Quick delivery aswel. Would of given 5 stars if they hadn't had marks on the straps and a glue mark near the instep which you can't really see unless you're up close these might have bothered me but I plan on possibley dyeing them. Generally good shoes for the price though.

Wrong shoes

Bought 3 pairs of shoes. Arrived promptly. Two pairs good. One pair completely wrong. Nothing even remotely like what I ordered. Really annoying as I ordered them for a family occasion to go with my outfit and too late to exchange for the correct pair. I ordered a pair of very reserved black slingback kitten heels... I received black patent hooker heels.

Nice product. Shame about delivery

2 items were ordered which qualified for free 2 day delivery which I was then charged for.
First item arrived in 2 days but other one arrived the day after with a second delivery note put on top of the original. No notification was left so still not sure what happened.

Poor service

I ordered sandals on Monday 6 July and paid the £3.99 charge for 48 hour delivery. My order did not arrive on Wednesday. On Thursday 9 July I contacted customer services only to be told my order had been cancelled as the sandals were no longer available. I was advised I was sent an email - I still have not received one - and informed my refund would take 5 working days. So Barratts have my had my money since my order was processed and will get interest on it for approx 9 days!!! Not very professional. My refund should have been immediate and an explanation email sent.

As soon as a refund was requested, this was issued immediately. We say to allow 3-5 working days for the transaction to show in your account due to the bank making the transfers and not due to a delay at our end or purposely keeping the money for any reason. As advised, we did send you an email and I am terribly sorry that you did not get this. I could be that we have the wrong email address on record or that this email ended up in your junk/spam inbox.

I do hope that now this matter has been rectified, you will consider to shop with us again in the near future.

Still waiting!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for it even though delivery is supposed to be 48 hours as advertised online. I have sent numerous emails and supplied all the information requested and still no sign of my order! Not a great experience.

No delivery because I paid with PayPal....

Ordered two pairs of footwear on the 4th July. One week later I still don't have them. Called customer service (advertised as working until 9pm but utterly useless), and they couldn't find my order. After asking a few questions, one of which was "how did you pay", I found out that they've had "problems with orders that have been paid with PayPal ". Is PayPal not supposed to be one of the most secure ways to pay on the internet? Worst thing was, I barely got an apology for the delay, and it took for me to call them to find out there was an issue.

Customer service were useless. They've had to pass my issue to Customer Service (em, presumably that's the core hours customer service who might actually have a clue? Who knows... May find out if they ever call me).

So right now, I'm £70 down with no shoes, no apology and a certainty I will never order from Barratts again

sizing wrong

Website was easy to navigate etc , however when the item.arrived the sizing was all wrong so my feet hung over the back of the sandal but the front was too long, very odd. Disappointed that I then had to pay postage to return them.

Totally disappointed

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they were delivered promptly. On opening the package and removing the 2 boxes I noticed someone had written on one of the boxes "Damaged when received". I took the shoes from the box and the heels were badly chipped. I fail to understand why someone would send me damaged shoes. To add insult to injury the second pair of shoes were the wrong size and in my opinion were not of very good quality. I immediately called customer service who were very polite and apologetic and offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose refund and I do not think I would use Barratts Shoes website again. The shoes I purchased on line were not of the quality I remember when I purchased shoes from Barratts shop.

TWO PART PATENT SANDALS

Really good sizing, I bought a size 8 in both Navy & Nude. Very comfortable to wear all day AND I can drive in them as they have a block heel. Great thanks Barratts
