I went on to the website and found they had a good choice of items at very reasonable prices. In fact I thought the price was so good I ended up buying two pairs of boots instead of just one. You need to stock up when you get a bargain!

Massively disappointed.
I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and I was so happy when I purchased them. What I actually purchased was nothing. My order was completed and money taken(and still with 2 of the same item in the same size still in stock so what could possibly go wrong?) I received an email confirmation of my order and couldn't wait for them to arrive. I was bitterly disappointed a week later when I received an email to say that the shoes were no longer available and offering apologies for any "inconvenience" caused. This does not change the fact that I am now without my dream wedding shoes and to topp it off I am out of pocket for a number of days until the refund has been processed- money that should not have been taken in the first place due to the item no longer being available. That said, the lady who dealt with this matter was very pleasant and apologetic.

Whilst online looking for shoes I noticed Barratts which had the brand I was looking for Site was easy to use Using the drop down menu choose my brand size etc The website had a choice to view all which pleased me I hate it when you have an option of say 20 items a page when you have 100s of choices to look through Ordering was simple plus I found a discount voucher online which further reduced the items in the sale Delivery was very quick and items as described
I ordered more couple day after 1st order delivered Arrived today again fast delivery but 2 of the items had minor faults so decided to return Read that for these returns you needed to contact customer service I ve received my reply and details where to send
I ve experienced excellent customer service. items as described with a very fast free delivery(qualified for free delivery as spent £45+) Standard charge delivery is £3.99 per order no matter how much ordered
So far very happy with the company I will return insult items tomorrow and hopefully excellent service will continue

Disappointed
ordered black stripe wellingtons advertised, but received navy stripe. Very helpful with returns though and refunded postage as wrong goods sent. Haven't received refund yet but early days.

Good service but costly if they don't fit
All three pairs arrived quickly. One pair fit nicely but the other two are too big & I've had to return. Cost quite a lot more than expected to return & they recommend recorded delivery which would be even more! Not sure I will use the service again unless I have tried them on elsewhere.

Style and comfort-a must in today's World
So very easy ordering with Barratts Shoes and they were delivered in two days. Buying on sale was an added bonus and if they are not suitable returning the shoes is not a problem-not that I'm returning mine as they are so comfy and beautiful to look at, one happy customer.

Good but needs refining
Yes the shoes I ordered were paid for then I heard nothing despite being informed I would receive an email once dispatched. This never happened so five days later i had to call Barratts to find out where my goods were who informed me they were arriving that day.
If you say your going to send an email...send an email. Keeps customers informed and happy!
