Decent shoes for the price, very comfortable and smart for very day work wear in the summer. Good quick delivery

I bought a pair of boots online and wasn't expecting designer range quality for the price I paid. What I did expect was some form of quality. The glue on the sole was so poor that the soul was barely attached to the rest of the shoe and also had splits in it! Terrible quality. I'll be sending back and getting my shoes from somewhere else!

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals. This is the first time I had ordered online from Barratts. Prompt delivery. Items are exactly as displayed and described on website. Will purchase again.

I ordered a pair of sandals for my holidays. I ordered them on a Sunday evening and they arrived on the Tuesday afternoon. I was really pleased with the sandals and I thought the delivery was quick and excellent

I got my shoes 2 days after ordering online.shoes good price. Comfortable and just what I wanted.

Placed order a week ago and despite payment going through and my recieving confirmation and payment taken, never heard anymore from Barratts! Contacted hem and was told payment HADN'T gone through and had to send in my order confirmation and proof of payment. Did this and had to then ring again as heard nothing! Apparently there was a problem with the discount applied to order and was now on hold for manager to look at who would call me back, then read out someone else's number to ring me back on! At this point I asked my payment be refunded as I have no faith in this company. Would definitely avoid, very unprofessional and badly organised.

Received someone else's shoes and was also shown her name and address so she must have mine!

The sandals fit great and look really nice. Infortunatelly the strip that come on the top wasn't attached to the strip that comes side to side so when I'm waking it moves to the side and it looks horrible. I didn't sent them back because I don't have the time so I will try to fix them some time.

There are so much more beautiful than they look in the photo!!! Perfect sized heel for an all day wear. Can't wait to wear them!! Bargain price too x

Very happy the service

I purchased 4 pairs of boots online and all arrived in decent time. Unfortunately 2 pairs were very tight and in my opinion built for tiny thin legs (I am not huge, a size 10 and I couldn't get my legs in them!). I went to post both pairs back as I wanted a refund but the cost of the postage amounted to the same cost of 1 pair of boots so I called up and explained the situation and the lady was very very helpful and I managed to use heir Freepost return address. I am very surprised you have to pay to return goods. Anyway I cannot fault the 2 pairs o keep nor the way I was dealt with. Happy days will buy from here again.

Both fit very well, nice looking and comfortable. however i bit struggled with choosing the size - I am size 37 (=4 - UK) and bought riding shoes size 38 and sandals size 37 - both fit very well. I would suggest to check size guide on the website and than choose yours.

Goods received within 3 days of order and as described.

I ordered a pair of sandals last week to then receive a email 4 days later saying they are no longer in stock and would I like a refund. I have then ordered a different pair of sandals. Waited in all day yesterday and did not receive them. Have had no email to say I won't receive them but have received a refund into my bank. Very poor service. Will not be ordering again.

Very haooy with these, vety comfy & great value!!

Well, I clicked on ladies, found the plimsolls & added to basket to order. Received them & they've sent kids sizes for all 3. Just as well I didn't order a a lot more. How does that happen. They obviously have to go back. My girls shoe sizes start from size 1 onwards. To top it all, the plimsolls looked great in design, but naff in reality.
