I had a great experience with Barrington freight. This was my first time shipping something from overseas and I was nervous as I had zero experience in using freight services. Simon went above and beyond with organising and supporting me with the process and for this I was extremely grateful as he explained everything so I understood.

I won’t ever go anywhere else as I know I wouldn’t get that same level of customer service. I am very happy.

I have a small business and recently designed a board game which has been my first ever product that it has made sense to produce overseas. The prospect of importing was quite frankly terrifying but I reached out to a few freight forwarding companies. Barrington Freight immediately stood out as I received a personal response and had a real conversation with Simon who was beyond helpful and really kind and patient. Other places hadn't wanted to give me even rough cost ideas as I didn't have all the info yet and fobbed me off, or just sent me an automated response. It has made such a difference to me to be able to ask all the questions a (sometimes probably naive) first timer has without being made to feel silly and I have felt so much more confident and comfortable with the whole process because of working with Simon and Barrington Freight. Sorted our shipment to France in timely fashion.

We set up a European company and pre-loaded a fulfilment house in Europe to mitigate the risk of Brexit. When we came to replenish stock post Brexit, the company we had previously used to transport the goods had stopped doing that route. I engaged another freight company we had previously used for Europe but they let me down last minute. So, I picked up the phone to Barrington Frieght and got it sorted quickly. For someone who was nervous about a lengthy customs wait in the Netherlands, I was very please that the stock was collected at midday on Tuesday and arrived in the Dutch warehouse on Friday morning. We will be sending our pallets with them on a ongoing monthly basis from now on.

The guys at Barrington are super efficient in their field and they are more than happy to help with any export question and guidence that I've needed. They are super efficient with quotes and also communicating with our customers if needed. I've been very grateful for the advise over that last few months around the new EU regulations for export from the UK

Barringtons Transport are a VERY reliable, helpful, resourceful and extremely reactive Transport company to work with. They have helped our company with urgent deliveries just in time as and when we require.
