Horrible

They managed to deliver to a private unknown person in Bari instead of to a company in Roma. Customer support thinks there is no problems as the parcel was delivered and signed, by a totally unknown person.
Parcel was tracable and insured b.t.w
Avoid this carrier at all cost.

This delivery company is a scam

This delivery company is a scam, they pretend to deliver but all they do is telling people to get to their logistic centre to collect the items yourself.
Stay away, massive waste of time.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COURIER. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I paid € 6 for a domestic shipping, which is very pricey for Italian standards. They made 0 attempts at delivering. I simply received a message telling me that the delivery was unsuccessful. They never apologized, never offered an opportunity to schedule another delivery; they simply sent my parcel to a pickup point. But that is not what I had paid for. I reached out to the customer service, explaining the problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL. They never apologized, they didn't even address my issue; they simply wrote back "Your parcel has been delivered to this pickup point". An information that I already had. Probably a Bot.

Horrible company with horrible services

I would give this company - 1million stars if I could. I thought it would be safe to order items dispatched by Amazon. Boy I was wrong. They have zero tracking outside of Italy, the delivery date was 10 days late and the packages were in horrible conditions. Some items were damaged and some were missing. How these guys got a contract with Amazon seriously baffles me.

The worst Italian shipper

Unfortunately Amazon works with Bartolini for items that ship from their IT warehouse.
Bartolini only provides an IT tracking number. Even for international deliveries....
Their updates stop once an item is handed over. Bartolini does not inform the recipient (me) about the new tracking number.
So I cannot track my order myself.
The local carrier that Bartolini hands over to does not have my contact details do they cannot update me.

I thought that "Dispatched by Amazon" was a safe choice. But apparently I can still get entangled in these non functioning local carriers that do not understand international tracking an keeping a customer informed

Worst shipping company ever

Worst shipping company ever.
They communicate that they have not been able to deliver due to the absence of the recipients when they are at home, they independently decide to take the goods to a storage point instead of delivering it to the recipient's address, some drivers faced with the lies told accuse and threaten the customers. If I could choose when I order something I would NEVER rely on BRT and I take care to avoid suppliers who I discover use this "courier", where I can even request a full refund. Unfortunately they are also obscenely cheap, saving everything from the service, so many use it, forcing us recipients into endless struggles.

Truly a dreadful shipping company

Although some of the local drivers are pretty nice and this review does not apply to them, this is truly an abysmal company, they seem to have huge challenges in shipping in a timely and secure manner. If there is a long weekend or holiday, it's a guarantee that they will stop updating the tracking and report it as "In delivery" for days and days on end. When it will actually be delivered, it's anybody's guess. They will sometimes (quite often in my experience) just decide to bring your package to one of the drop points in the area, without even trying one delivery attempt at the actual address or giving any explanation whatsoever. Please trust me and avoid using this shipping company at ALL costs.

Brt has basically lost the package from the start... they've been trying (I hope) to locate the missing parcel for the past 12 days... they still haven't locate it!!!??? AVOID THIS SHIPPING COMPANY BY ALL COST!!!

the tracking is misleading and I get the most desperate justifications for not delivering.
Lots of delays and sometimes I am being asked to go to their depot to pick up myself.

Combined with Packlink

Combined with Packlink, it's a real scam. On June 12, 2024, send a 10kg box with personal effects from Italy to France. They would have lost the box in the Settimo Torinese warehouse. Neither BRT nor PackLink took charge.
I read reviews like the one I'm writing and ignored them. I sent two packages with the same characteristics and to the same recipient. One arrived, and the other, I want to believe got lost in the Settimo Torinese warehouse, and not that anyone liked what was inside and let themselves be tempted. Since the contents were different, the box that arrived contained books, and the lost one contained valuables (known brand clothes and other valuable accessories). Is it a coincidence?
Responses to complaints are responded to with inconsistent and contradictory information blaming different people at the same company.
After 10 days of complaining, they told me that they would compensate Packlink (for my stuff) and that I should complain to them. Packlink responds to reclamations with bots, which is why it is an insurmountable wall.
Not only did they lose my things, but they compensated Packlink, which makes me think of a more than diabolical system.
I consider my things lost and am grateful that at least they didn't like the books, because yes, they arrived in perfect condition and very quickly.

Pretend to deliver when really they never duf

Terrible service. Pretend not to have found nobody at home. They simply send a mail, that you need to withdraw your consignment fron their stock. But we did stay at home especially for that delivery. Of course, that's a way to save costs, not transporting the goods to the final destination saves cars, drivers and time. I wonder qhy companies still work with them? I refuse to buy if transport is effected by BRT. But they do not seem to care about all those really bad votes they got?
