Courier asked me how to use navigation, but anyway didn’t delivered my parcels

Im waiting for 3 parcels from dpd/bartolini. The status of taking today was “in consegnia” (parcel is ready for delivery for final destination).
At morning i got call from the courier with genius questions “where are is final destination” lol.
Maybe use Google or navigation, or find work suitable for Your competition?
Never mind, where I explained where is it (address is not out of the city). The courier said “I cannot make delivery today”
What?
Sorry, but if You are a courier and work for delivery company, isn’t Your work to make delivery on time?
No, just “I cannot make delivery today and arrividerci”
I always didn’t have any problems with bartolini courier (actually its always same guy for years, who can use navigation and also did his work on time and with amazing service), but … what? I should to stay at home and waiting when Your courier will be in mood to make Your work?
Really?

Great Assistance

The package from Vinted actually delayed 2 days anyway the assistance from Savona has contacted me telling me that they were aware of the delay and of the missing package in their Branch asking me about the content and the color of the item to find the package, seems like they have solved the issue!.

What a postal nightmare

The online services are appalling as they do not work, I set up to collect the package from the closet collection point after they missed me at home, and it didn’t even go through. The day after I had to give the instructions again but now the only option was to collect from the depot. After confirming the instructions on the website I called the customer services line to check and they I could only collect it a the depot from the following day. So I did, and they didn’t have my package because they haven’t processed it yet. They asked me to come pack a few hours later (as if I had nothing to do all day). The parcel was late in the first place, but now three days later from the final delivery date I still don’t have my package!

I would give zero stars if I only…

I would give zero stars if I only could.
Their service is awful in all aspects.
They can never find the address and put no efforts trying to reach the costumer, despite having their phone number. In nearly 2022, it is a shame to say that they don’t guarantee to call the costumer because drivers don’t have time. Well, other companies do that.
Moreover, calling the customer service to find a solution is useless! They have no idea of what to do and even hope to find any sort of advice in the customer.
For a better world, please close!

Very unprofessional and frustrating

The number of times this company changes delivery date day by day is incredible, and it has happened to me for numerous orders. I have decided not to buy online in future if the vendor uses BRT couriers. Very very unprofessional

very bad

I was informed my package would be delivered between 10:00 and 16:00. At 18:00 they sent me an email, saying they were at the address at 14:00 but could not find me. I was home all this time, nobody came, there is no chance I could have missed them, nobody called me or rang at the door. Customers are clowns to this company. Now I am going to pick the package up myself, this way I know I will have it and I'm not gonna get lied to. Posteitaliane does a much better job and you know how bad their reputation is.

Inefficiency is the second name of this company

The worst courier service ever. For a week now they have been giving me unreal updates that they would be coming but they won't turn up. I have been home abd they also lied that they came and nobody was home. People Run from them. I regret ever ordering from the company that used this inefficient company.

Worst delivery service I have ever received

I was contacted on Monday to agree on a delivery time and place, but the carrier never showed up nor called, and I was left waiting 4 hours. When I called the service next day, I was informed they had sent the parcel to another hub, but would contact me before noon the same day. Nobody called, either before of after 12:00 o'clock. When I called again, nobody seemed to know anything about my parcel nor about any such agreement, but they promised they'll call again on Monday (tomorrow). Will they? I have received deliveries through Amazon (impeccable), GLS and DHL, and none of them has ever been so sloppy...

Shameful customer service, worst ever

The worst customer service ever.. I called their client support to receive information on a parcel, the operator could not provide any info, she got upset on my request about how long the system is supposed to be updated on similar cases, and, incredible, she cut off the phone call...!! Straight away I called Amazon, my parcel sender, and they gave me all the requested info.. Shameful company, stay away!

Worst shipping service ever

Worst shipping service ever.
Every time I order something online and it is delivered by bartolini, somehow the delivery is missed. This is not the first time this year, today I spent the morning at home waiting for the parcel, which was meant to be delivered at 12pm, by 11.30 I checked the status online and it states missed delivery. I never left the house and nobody rang the interphone. With all the past deliveries with this courier I had exactly the same experience and I ended up having to pick up the parcel myself, this is not acceptable.

Basta Bartolini…I am telling everyone.

I have now had three very negative experiences with Bartolini based out of Rovereto. One packed marked delivered for Amazon that was either ‘lost’ or not delivered (we are a tiny neighborhood and all know each other, and I checked not long after, plus received a second Amazon delivery that day no problem). Ok, fine. So I went to the base in Rovereto and they were both unhelpful and unkind. They told me I had to take it up with Amazon (yet BRt did the ‘delivery’ so it’s their mistake. Only package ever I haven’t received of hundreds...) Another time I had a valuable object that was shipped to me. The driver called me already angry because he said he was waiting for me outside and yet it’s clear he was confused about the address (100% his fault). He was in a bad mood. I carefully explained his mistake, that he was just half a km down the road, and he came roaring up some minutes later, driving like a madman. This package was under instruction to open it in front of the courier so I told him I had to do that. He attempted to rip away the package from me and take it back with him. So he made me sign for it and refused to stay and drove off in a huff. He literally tried to fight me for the package. (!) Well, big surprise... when I did get it inside and opened it the glass was broken. Thankfully that part was replaceable but he acted like a guilty party.

Finally, and most recently, I had medicine ordered from a compounding pharmacy. I was home all day for the delivery but our house being under construction, the bell does not work.This has not been an issue with all my other deliveries. The packages are always left by my door, on a windowsill or in my driveway or, as my experience has shown me, BRT drivers frequently phone to announce their impending arrival so I am ready... even come and knock on the door to alert me. I order a lot online and can tell you that A. couriers sometimes go to the effort to leave the package in a very safe place or at the door and even give a heads up. B. Amazon now has them even photographing the location left and have you verify if the delivery went ok or not. In this case supposedly the driver rang the bell two times from the gate (wide open all the times due to the construction) and just left.I get a text message and immediately called Rovereto to inquire about its location and if I can come get it ASAP (we’re talking my medicine... so kind of urgent). But no... the package is stuck on a van all the rest of this day (Friday), and they are closed Sat and Sun so I cannot get it until Monday. They promise to deliver again, but how can I trust this won’t happen yet again?? The Rovereto office just told me the drivers have our phone numbers but it’s their own personal phone so are not required to call. Why would I trust them to deliver when they didn’t attempt to phone this time or come to the door? Do I want meds on another panoramic van ride and potentially lost? Forget that. I guess I will be back to their base on Monday since itms the only way to be sure I get my package with BRT. I have told Amazon, the art gallery, and the compounding pharmacy to please never send me packages with BRT because if you get a lazy, grumpy, or incompetent driver on your route, you’ll end up with a huge headache. And the local base office is full of poorly-trained people who know nothing about customer service. Zilch! If you even saw the state of their office you would question the competence of this company.

Incompetence and fraud

I have been in contact with their workers in Sedriano, Italy, for an inaccurate custom charge put on my box of USED newborn onesies I am sending home to my sister. Their total incompetence, lack of any interest in their work and being accurate, ignorance of rules and customs, plus their incredible laziness when it comes to give one piece of information or any help is inexcusable. This company is a fraud.

Fraud

I've ordered a valuable item from Amazon. The provided tracking number didn't work, after a week my account said "delivery deferred" and after another week "delivered". I've been home, no one dropped anything and my neighbours didn't accept the parcel on my behalf either.

Considering all other reviews, this company is pure fraud. Pity that Amazon chose to work with them.

I try to avoid goods delivered by…

I try to avoid goods delivered by Bartolini, but sometimes it happens. I keep getting a message saying they tried to deliver but I was not home, while I was home all day (where am I supposed to go when everything is in lockdown). For me this company can go Chapter 11.
