This is the worst currier service ever. I ordered 2 valuable Items through a online shop, these items supposed to be delivered before xmas but they never arrived. How come a company could be such irresponsible? I might be lost two items (not to mention the value of it) but I will leave negative reviews every where I could about this damn company making sure they might loose many customers.

So, I was waiting for the courier to deliver my order before Christmas, they claim that the sender has given them an incomplete address. Not sure if they are trustworthy, however after updating the delivery for today on their website, I remained at home completely to have the item before new year's eve. They claim that they attempted the delivery and I was not at home. They also claim that they left a receipt. I was at home the whole day and I checked the entrance door of my building, there was no receipt left there.
By the way, there is no way you call their office located at LUCCA ... Always busy. Is there any other clearer sign that they don't want to work?!

Never order a shipment from Bartolini, I've never had a worse experience. I was sending my belongings including my new laptop from Milan to Paris, and the driver delivered it to Paris and left it unattended at the foot of the building. Obviously, it got stolen, and even though I had insurance they told me that my claim is rejected after 3 months of emailing them back and forth and giving all the information I have. Their customer service is so bad and they barely speak English even though they provide service internationally.

I’m already waiting two whole mornings for them to pick up a package with food and when I called them the simple and arrogant answer was that the reservation was for the next day but I had it on paper that it was for that day! Why can’t they just be honest and apologise ?

How does this company even exist???
I ordered a laptop from Unieuro and it took them 5 weeks to deliver it!
Unieuro did not put the right name and phone number on the parcel, however, it took Bartolini 34 days before the 1st delivery attempt and then wanted to send it back to Unieuro without any other attempts or looking at the communication from Unieuro!
Thanks to the Unieuro customer service (hard to get in touch but friendly and helpful people) I was able to figure out that they attempted to deliver the package and I had to call the local distribution center with which I managed to finally get the laptop delivered.
To Bartolini:
According to 92% of the reviews here, your service is pretty bad!
For a company that's been around since 1928, that's shameful.

Se potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. Non passano, mentono dicendo di essere passati e che non c'era nessuno, quando sono rimasta a casa tutto il giorno as aspettarli. Sempre in ritardo, inaffidabili. Non capisco come l'azienda posso accettare simili comportamenti. Vergognoso.
If I could give zero stars I would. They don't pass by, they lie saying they passed by and that there was no one there when I stayed at home all day waiting for them. Always late, unreliable. I don't understand how the company can accept such behaviour. Shameful.
PACKAGE STOLEN
Yes it was delayed, yes costumer service ducked, yes it was absolutely awful working with them.
But what really makes this absolutely horrific is that the driver left my package in front of the apartment and my laptop got stolen.
In my country, 1500$ is 15 Million Lebanese Lira. And I get paid in this currency not in dollars.
I payed for insurance and yet here I am, a month later with no laptop, no insurance money, and not even a single email answered.
Bartolini, you're frauds.
After reading all those reviews, I have to say you deserve all of this and more.

They are usually late/ they delay the initial estimation.
Once they lost a pack (1 out of 4 tires) and it was almost impossible to track it. Finally, the company from outside Italy from where the pack was sent reimbursed me.

They are totally unprofessional. They provide shipment dates and then send emails where FALSELY state failed delivery. They do not answer the phone if you try to reach them or you have any problems.
If you work with Bartolini their unprofessionalism will affect the quality of your work, ruining you and detrying your company's reputation.

They dont even respect the 3 attemps standard; and there is no consistent timetable for deliveries either, they just pass whenever they feel like it. I hope online shops will drop them alltogether from their list of delivery services.
Lying about "incomplete consignee"
My delivery was scheduled for Friday (28.08.2020) in the morning, between 10:30 and 12:30. Around 12:00 i saw one brt van pass by the building and driver didn't even stop to try to deliver my goods. At 12:50 i got notification "incomplete consignee" even though everything is correct and clearly written on the intercom, doors, etc. After that I called them and asked about my package and they said that I can get it delivered on monday. I asked if i can pick it up instead and they said "yes, but on MONDAY".
RUDE operator on the phone
I ordered something through Amazon. Tracking the parcel, the site tells me it has arrived at the local store house of BRT and ready to be delivered. Two days later amazon sends me a message saying that the courrier has not found the address, the same address where BRT has come to deliver other parcels hundreds of times. I am invited to go to BRT offices. Once there, they tell me that they cannot find the parcel. they invite me to come again the day after. I say "no, you grab my number and you call me when you find it". 2 hours later they call me to inform me that they found the parcel and that it will be delivered the day after, that is today! At 2 pm today no sign of the parcel. I call to enquiry about the parcel and the operator gives me a quick answer ("I'll ask my colleagues to call you back") and she hangs up while I am still talking. So amazingly RUDE!!!!!! worst service ever!!!!

In fact I would use "0" to evaluate my experience with BRT.
The third time I expect my orders, and all 3 times no one courier arrived and ringed the doorbell, I was waiting. Later i check the status and they notify like "the unidentified address or there was nobody at home - unsucssesful delivery". I am shocked! No one came to my house. They just do a misscall and then they do not reply!!!
I have no idea what is going on within that courier company. What I just realized is that they missuses the reason of covid in their own "benefits". I just want to say that as a result of BRT disservice my parcel from Russia, SPb came back to Russia again. That is crazy!!!
Dear BRT administration, pay very close attention to the quality of your "service" (especially to Oggebbio and Verbania areas), because now you are doing absolute DISSERVICE to people! Definitely it will cause leasr favourable consequences for your company! Don't missuse the patience and trust of people! Take urgent measures to your stuff and be very mindful what are you doing.
