Why do Amazon use this company
Always late, always says on there site “ OUT FOR DELIVERY “ then “ customer either not home ( 2 times ) or customer has changed the date (3 times) ” neither which is true.
Or they phone you and say my van has broken down ( 3 times ) .

It is recommended to retrain your phone customer service staff, I believe most employees are polite and doing well withe their job, but there will be some employee who is very dissatisfied with her work, arrogant and try to rude with the customers.
I can forgive the delivery man for sending the wrong package, but I can't accept being treated rudely by the phone customer service staff.

I’m aware due to Covid-19 the situation isn’t easy at all. But how can be possible that Bartolini deliver my package to another person? Instead of street xxx number 116, they deliver my package to number 6. I’m thankful that the girl who lives at 6 wrote me on FB tellin me she had my package because on tracking site it still appears that my package “is out for delivery”. Shame on you!

I am not just a person who had a bad experience: I have good reasons to say that they are "systematically incompetent". First off, the drivers do not use the telephone: this is a general company policy. They prefer to drive directly to your place while you are not there, wasting petrol and time, rather than spending the money of a phone call. Second, they do not give you a time range: an example of time range is "from 9 to 12", but they don't do that. They will rather say "we will deliver in the morning, until 12", and when you ask "starting at what time?" they will not tell you. If it's a delivery to your office, you must go at 7 AM, to be sure. Third, if you try to call the info line, they will not answer. Yesterday I have tried 7-8 times: nothing. But then listen to this: they show up out of the agreed time range (meaning, they say "morning" and they come at 3 PM), they don't find you, and then THEY DO NOT LEAVE A POST CART IN YOUR MAILBOX. So, you have no idea whether you have missed them or you must stay in the office until 8 PM. Last but not least.. the tracking on the website is totally generic: they just write "not delivered" without saying whether they tried to ring the bell or just did not come at all. Incompetent losers!

The worth service I have ever encounter in my life. Just horrible, no other words. Not a single time I received the package in time. Moreover, no matter that you paid for the delivery till door, the drivers are always calling you and asking to come and meet them at a more comfortable spot for them as they are afraid or simply don't want to drive to our address. If you are not at home or can't go meet them, you won't get your wares. My question to the management is, WHY!!! you are taking the business to the districts that you can't provide the delivery ?? All other companies including poste Italiane have no problems with the deliveries to Riffian, so maybe leave the business to someone who is more professional and capabale of doing their job?

I totally understand that the Covid-19 situation is not an easy one, especially in Italy. But the BRT company has really crossed a line here. They claimed they did not find my address for the delivery, BUT they did find it to leave a notice of the storage (of course, found in the post box at the correct address).
I have been waiting for the delivery by BRT almost for 15 days now. Yesterday and today I called the local customer service (there is no central phone number apparently, because of their decentralized structure). I called them probably 20 times in total in their opening hours. The line is busy almost every time. An employee (always the same one, telling by the voice) answered me three times and two of these three times the line was disconnected abruptly while I was trying to elaborate on my issue.
Finally, today, after another failed call the employee answered and asked me my name and claimed they "could not find my address" (which again, seems rather weird, given that they left me a note at that very same address). She was super unfriendly and pissy and abruptly closed the call before I could ask about the note.
She said that today my package will be delivered. Fingers crossed. I will wait very patiently, but if this does not happen I will directly contact the original firm and ask for a full refund.

I would give them 0 stars if possible! Absolutely worse service I've ever encountered. They say they attempted delivery when I am home all day and no one comes. They don't even give you an option to select a new day and automatically select to deliver a week later. Absolute joke of a company! Rude customer service when trying to call over the phone and she just hung up on me even when calling back. If all possible stay away and ask whomever you're purchasing not to use them.
I got the wrong package
I wanted to send a pckage from Torino to Germany and BRT put the wrong sticker on it. So since early december i have the package of another Person in my House, with my sticker on it. They are not able to find mine since then and I think the other customer is also searching for package. Maybe the Person reads this and maybe the Person has my package. It‘s a Box of LGM GROUP.

I would not give one star if it were possible. They are thieves!!! My parcel disappeared on the way from their store to my place. The tracking info says the parcel is out for delivery since 13.01. On my demands to explain the situation, they promised to find out and call back. After a week of expectation I called back to be informed they had no parcels for me.... Thieves! Another parcel arrived broken as they don't care about the condition of the parcel they deliver. I would upload a pic if possible... The worst experience ever!

1 week later and I am stil waiting on a parcel, which keeps saying it is out for delivery. Have not seen a courier van yet while waiting, and many people keep haggling the receptionist for delayed parcels from BRT.
Customer service via phone and email, is awful...the woman from Milan's south office on 0250871 is unable to provide assistance and is incredibly rude over the phone...cannot be bothered to help!
I'm now dreading the fact after a delayed parcel, it will most likely arrive damaged...just like 90% of people's feedback who have used the courier.
Parcel keeps showing that is is out for delivery...but they probably assume I live on the moon, and can't reach my front door.
What an embarrasement...never heard of this company in the UK, but then again why would you...could you imagine how quickly out of business they would be. The UK would never allow such a diastrious business to operate.

Their claim is that they have 24/ 7 customer service. It is only that ... a claim. Reality is that they have NONE. when I say none I mean absolutely NO Customer service.
1/ They do not know how or do not answer or phones or emails.
I called them literally 50 times. They never answered once nor did they returned any calls or emails.
2/ They do not and can’t provide a tracking number, for one simple reason they don’t deliver packages, they throw them away and claim it was deliver to keep their shipping fees.
Even if the receiver confirms he never received anything , it won’t matter. The only goal is to keep the shipping fees, that’s all.
Italians are not known for their customer service in general but this company IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
The Italian post office is known to be the worst post office service in Europe with Greece and Spain but you have better chance of getting a package delivered with them than with these scammers.
They made me loose over $500 worth of products and did not even care because all they want was their scam me out $100 shipping fees...
DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR PACKAGES AND BE OUT SHIPPING FEES .

I would give this company a zero if I had a choice. Poor service, packaged undelivered apparently because the address was not found. When we called to collect, they already said that it was sent to sender. Rude and unhelpful. I sent the parcel from London to Milan. Tracking system was shocking and when sent back the package had been opened, Christmas cards opened up probably thinking that there was going to be money in it, some of gift were broken literally in pieces. My 4 year old was very upset to see the parcel returned to us as she had made some Christmas cards which were all ripped apart. She thought our family in Italy did not want the gifts and was very upset. I am disgusted on how you are still able to trade... Siete una massa di ladri, vergognatevi!
