Terrible experience. Why are companies still using them? My items are now over a week late, no tracking info, no contact, no information at all. Astonishing.
BRT communication awful with vendor
BRT communication awful with vendor, tracking system doesn't work. After 1 week late, BRT claimed they had attempted delivery - I'd been sat outside the front door all day - lies as well. Item never arrived and vendor refunded. Avoid like the plague!

And still my package has not arrived, and still no response from Bartolini. Now entering its second week and still in the depo at Elmas Cagliari. All i want are the goods i paid for. Now ive had to result in Ebay to help me sort it but its doubtful if they can. This company is so bad its hard to believe.

The worst ever
Awful, absolutely unreliable. Tracking system is virtually nonexistent, for up to day 6 it does not show anything else than the first scan at the departure on day 1, and the terms of delivery are never respected. It takes 10-12 days to have a parcel delivered from Sicily to London, with the need to contact the customer care (DPD, as BRT never gets back with the client) and the risk to have false information about the delivery itself. A nightmare.
Beware of Bartolini!!!!!!!
Beware!!! Absolutely non existent, appalling customer service! No little interest in trying to solve the problem of a parcel sent through them from Rome to Birmingham that supposedly got "lost" in Milan!! They mentioned it was handed over to FedEx in Milan for the international transfer. FedEx never received this parcel that was weighing 35KG, which I doubt has disappeared into thin air.
Bartolini gave us a tracking number for Fedex that did not work (I even called Fedex here in the UK and where really helpful in trying to locate the parcel by other means). Bartolini staff also confirmed that FedEx lost the parcel, however we never got anything in writing from any of them!! Our parcel probably took some other "way" of escaping Milan on its own legs somewhere else, in a nutshell. Definitely will not use this courier anymore, too much hassle and zero help in solving the problem! After over 20 days of waiting for the parcel they simply thought it was easier to declare it as lost.

The worst service I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately they bring the Amazon packages. I wish Amazon would hire another service. Coming from the USA, the country of customer service this is really hard for me. I have to order my dog food at Amazon as it's not sold in the stores here. The first time they came 1 day later and this time, it suppose to arrive Fri, 3 days ago, today Mon it's still not here. The delivery person called me in the morning when I couldnt answer the phone. I called back 15 mins later and he said he's already in another area. He'll come in the afternoon. I told him I have an appointment in the afternoon. He said he can only come at 5, exactly the time when I had an appointment. He said he'll call me back at 5 and we'll see. He didnt even call. My dog didnt have any food anymore since Sat. It's ridiculous this service. I wonder why they're still in service with so many bad reviews. Honestly I never wish somebody bad, but they don't deserve to continue.
A shame, as always!
Unbelievable excuses, the package has been set as out for delivery for a week now ater a week keep saying the adress was wrong. Every time the same, exactly.

If you have a choice, avoid this delivery service at all cost. I live in a rural area and packages are often lost or returned to sender. When they do arrive, they are always two or three weeks late. When we call customer service to check on shipments, we are treated rudely. Things don't exactly run smoothly in Italy, but this company is even horrible by Italy's standards.

Quando arrivano, sono sempre in ritardo di due o tre settimane. Quando chiamiamo il servizio clienti per controllare le spedizioni, siamo trattati in modo sgarbato. Le cose non funzionano esattamente in Italia, ma questa società è persino orribile per gli standard italiani.

Would give zero if I could. 3 time they have not be able to find the property (although it is on a main road, clearly sign posted. When they have eventually found the property they have left a tracking note with absolutely no information. When we have eventually tracked down the parcel we have been informed that they have sent it back to seller. How on earth can this company still be in business !!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Postponing express services for 3 days now and expecting you to wait at home . And good luck getting anyone on phone. This company should be avoided at all cost. Unacceptable customer services and absolutely unreliable.

The delivery date was postponed one time, and the pack arrived at 19.00 instead within the provided range 10.00 - 13.45 . The call center service was good in providing me information. Content of the pack: smartphone. Pack traveled from UK to Italy.

Seriously, avoid these guys. Do what I do, ask your supplier/vendor if they use BRT before purchasing anything. If they use BRT, just find an alternative store.
Usually, most stores will have alternative (probably costs a bit more) because they know how bad these guys work.
