Disaster from beginning to end

Ordered an item from Amazon that was due to be delivered by Bartolini. The tracking provided didn’t work, the package was late and in the end ‘delivered’ to the wrong address. I am still yet to receive the item. Amazon have issued a refund because they have superb customer service. They should steer clear of this courier as they’re a disaster. 0 stars if I could.

Absurd !!!!!

Absurd !!!!!! There's no chance at all to track the shipping, the website is just useless. You'll never know when and if your items will be delivered. The worst in Itay !!!!!!!

The worst

The worst. Every other companies could deliver the packages. They not only "couldnt' find" the address but when after 3 times they tried to deliver the package and I was not at home they deliver back to the sender. I call the client service and they were absolutely not collaborative.

Not even deserve a 1-star. The delivery was not done. First, they lied that they delivered it to the right person. One asked for proof of delivery there was a TYPED name of the recipient and some circle on the signature field. Then after tens of unreplied messages, they replied they left it in the store of the building where the recipient WORKS! haha. Crazy how come a company like this still exists. This should be reported as fraudulent and definitely not as a parcel service.

Extremely unprofessional service of…

Extremely unprofessional service of Bartolini in Italy. I shipped a box from Romania with DPD and arrived in Italy in 3 days. Bartolini sent message each day that the package will be delivered and they never deliver over 6 working days. The box was loaded in their truck each day and they cancele delivery end of day because they are extremely laizy! avoid this company!

order on Amazon, delivery by Bartolini

I ordered a keyboard from Amazon and the delivery was supposed to be carried out by Bertolini. The first order never arrived, the 2nd (replacement) order placed by Amazon never arrived, the 3rd one--you guessed it-- never arrived either... So after waiting close to 2 months, I gave up and asked Amazon for a refund. Still waiting for the confirmation of that refund, but contrarily to Bartolini, I know I can trust Amazon, thankfully. What a mess though! They should stop doing business with them.

Probably the worst delivery service in…

Probably the worst delivery service in Italy. Unfortunately there’s no option in giving 0 stars. Customer service is a joke, tracking numbers work 2 out of 10 times, delivery is always late (generally 48/72h) after the delivery date (set by themselves!).

Absolute evil

Absolute evil! Please avoid shipping with Bartolini even if their prices are slightly better. Bartolini can guarantee you that shipment is never done on time, shipment notes are never read, customer never properly contacted. WORST THING - if they are missing deliveries, they just mark it as you were not at home. Please DON'T use Bartolini!

Bartolini missed again

Another awful experience yet with Bartolini. Booked a shipment from main land to Sardinia, and unfortunately courier is bartolini. 2 weeks have passed, no clue on where my parcel is, no answer at all from customer service in one week, and no tracking available. And at the same time I bought a dinner table on Amazon and guess what? The Courier chosen by Amazon is bartolini. Obviously the table hasn't arrived, it was supposed to be here one week ago. And that makes 2 in a go. Really the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. 1 star is just cause I can't do less

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

recently ordered an item form amazon that was shipped by them. The irish division of this company is usually spot on but dear lord this was a completely different scenario. Not only does the tracking number work nowhere but i havent received an update via amazon about my package since dispatch and its supposed to arrive today!! Absolutely rubbish company.

No way

Parcel arrived to the distribution center near to me but not delivered to me. Waiting more than a week without any feedback. No answer from the Support, no tel number available. No reason from the web site. Absolutely bad service.

Bad bad bad

Missed ETA and then never sent me a message about where to pick up my package.
1 week after when I sent them an email, they replied but i was still unable to pick up the pack since the tracking number was wrong.
Tried to communicate with them my problem but their customer service does not speak English.
