Nemmeno mezza stella

Nemmeno mezza stella. Gli autisti non provono nemmeno a fare la consegna, scrivono sempre che non sono riusciti a effettuarla (quando si è sempre a casa a attenderli) e poi lasciano in deposito il collo obbligando il cliente ad andare a ritirarlo. E’ successo per l’ennesima volta oggi. Facile lavorare così con un unico punto di scarico della merce vero?

The worst service in the country. They say they’ve tried to deliver but it’s a blatant lie. We were at home every time and no doorbell was ever rung. I really wish UK companies like Marks & Spencer WOULD NOT use this courier in Italy. There are so many to chose from why chose the worst?

Challenging tracking and communication process for international orders, with eventual delivery.

I recently ordered a high-value item from Amazon Spain, expecting it to be delivered to Ireland. The tracking number provided worked on Amazon's site, but when I tried to track the package on Bartolini's website, it failed to recognise the number, leaving me in the dark about my package's whereabouts. Despite the package appearing to be stuck for two weeks without any progress, communication with Amazon only led me back to Bartolini, who, despite requesting more information, were unable to trace the package effectively.

Adding to the frustration was the Bartolini website, which seems to cater primarily to Italian users, making it quite unfriendly for international customers trying to add details or seek assistance. The lack of updates and clear communication was quite stressful, especially considering the value of the item. Surprisingly, after a month of uncertainty, the package was delivered by DPD, indicating some operational link between the two companies.

While I am relieved to have finally received my order, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The process highlighted significant areas for improvement in tracking, customer service, and website usability for Bartolini, especially for international deliveries. A more transparent, responsive tracking system and a more inclusive website design would greatly alleviate the anxiety and frustration associated with waiting for valuable packages.

Poor logistics

Delivery services in Italy is very strange, This company had been delivery to my address a few time in the past, this is a second time that they claimed due to my address and phone number discrepancy??(did they try to call???), is that a joke?? they lie that they did deliver but they didn't even try to, I think the logistics in this country would crack down the economy, people should do their job, because you took money for that, and customer paid for your services, please do your job, and do it good!

They don't deliver; money out of the window

First parcel given to an access point. No pickup on first day (after my visit to the access point). No pickup on second day. No reason given to my email, phone, access point. No tracking info available. In the end I needed to pick up the parcel from the access point and give it to a dispatching centre, 10km far from my house.
Second parcel with home pickup. No pickup on the agreed date, neither message on the door, email, phone. No pickup on the second day. Zero information on the tracking number.
That's a non-delivery company, avoid at all costs.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!
I ordered something online and since i would be in the office, i selected to drop it at a fermo point in Trastevere 2min walking distance from my house.
I simply got a mail saying it was not possible and that the package is waiting for me at Roma tiburtina (i.e ONE HOUR DRIVE from my house and no not even a possibility to go with public transport).
I tried to reached out to them but no response, nobody seems to care and if i don't find a way to go there by Monday, it seems they will send it back

My order was also not delivered for three days. Even though I stayed today at home all day, I was told that I was not at home, and if so, They should have left a document related to it, but there was none. Your organization is truly inefficient..

Everything they do and say it's a lie.

Everything they do it's a lie.
They pretend to deliver?! It's a lie.
They pretend to have been at your place?! It's a lie.
They pretend that the senders don't know how to write the delivery address.
Phone and email service is a joke. Their "customer service personnel" (search massimo-toscano Bartolini on linked in) is at a level that, so far, I never communicated to a person. He shoots so many lies one after the other. Everything is any other person's fault but theirs.

The worst delivery service that I ever seen. The support is so rude that it seems I’m working for them and it should be opposite. Kindly ask the management of the company to check more often conversations with clients, otherwise you’ll lose everyone. Never more BRT!!!

I ordered an order of spaghetti with…

I ordered an order of spaghetti with meatballs. I was really looking forward to this meal, given the fact that I had just left physical therapy because of sciatic back pain. I loss my father on February 5, 2023. It has been emotionally draining trying to settle his estate. I needed some comfort food. I got home and discovered I had no meatballs. I was told that I could come back and they would replace the order. I was in pain and was told I could come another day. I threw out the spaghetti because
it wasn't good without the meatballs. I said okay and agreed to get the order another day. Today, on 5-17-23 I decided to get my replacement meal. I discovered they only wanted to give me the meatballs. What in the " Samuel L. Jackson " is that about? Who wants just meatballs?? What about giving great customer service. I have NEVER did business with a restaurant who admittedly screwed up, not replace the meal. The Manager was rude and smug. He touted that " Bartolinis" has been in business for 28 years. So is that a reason to be disrespectful? I promise you on cheese and crackers, I will tell any and everyone not to patronize their business. The Bible speaks of having a good name. I realize people make mistakes. I have been awarded in my 37 year career for giving phenomenal customer service. I work for Sertoma Centre Inc. We provide services for people with disabilities. For families in trauma. Nope!! I will not get in my vehicle and waste my time and gas for two meatballs. Simply because that is not what I paid for. My feelings are hurt. I did not get what I paid for. I feel that my money was taken and I got nothing I paid for. I feel totally violated. I truly thought that Bartolinis cared about their Customers. I thought that their reputation was impeccable. I am sooo upset! Lastly, I think the Managers rudeness was unnecessary. He said what he said, then hung up on me. People just don't know how to treat other human beings. 😕

Worst experience ever

How the companies like Mediaworld works with this BRT and don't give another option for delivery even if it has higher price?
If you have a parcel with BRT, just don't order it.
Irrisponsabile, rude service. They don't even provide the corriers with a phone to call in delivery process?
Just one note: " you were not at home".

The worst courier

My mother sent me a parcel from Italy to Spain. They didn't give us the tracking number when they picked up the parcel as they were supposed to, so my mother had to go to the depot. In Spain they couldn't deliver the parcel because the address was not complete but it was their fault because it looked like the system had cut it. We didn't receive any calls. I've been checking the shipping through the website every day for like a month: at first they wrote "damage or lost", then it kept changing every day. Eventually they sent it back to Italy without notifying us and, once in Italy, they told us we had to pay more than €100 to get it back. We were able to take it back without paying, but we discovered the parcel was destroyed (most probably they tried to delay to hide what they did) and the packaging was different from the one my mother used to send it. We asked for a refund but they didn't give us anything because they said we didn’t pack it properly (ahah what a joke). It wasn't the first bad experience I had with them but it definitely was the last one. I mean they only have bad reviews. Do us a favour. Just close.

Stay away and be careful!

Writing a review is almost pointless.. since this company has no respect for any of their customers, they act with violence and utter disdain. Stay away and be careful! The problem is that many service providers use them as their courier service and this creates a limitation when a person wants to order delivery from an online store.
The messenger's behavior was disgraceful and so was the attitude of the clerks at the branch's telephone answering service (Rovero 2,Bologna, Italy)
I have documentation of phone calls, photographs of the contents of the damaged shipment and the company's poor response to the issue.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. They did not come, and sent a message that I was not present. They never call you by phone to confirm if you are in the house because they don't want to work. They don't even have a phone support. The only way to contact them is by email, and they answer after a long time. Very bad. NOT recommended.
