We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the mirror finish, particularly with visibility during the day.

From your review, it appears the TV may be installed in a location with direct sunlight? which can cause screen glare. We do advise against installing the TV in direct sunlight or under bright lighting on our website and in the installation manual—as it can impact the viewing experience. If direct sunlight is unavoidable, we do recommend the Black or White finishes.

Altogether not the best experience

Altogether not the best experience. Received the TV and it didn't work. Waited a week to get a new cartridge to fit in the back that got the TV to turn on but with a blue screen. I was sent a code to update wich meant I had to go buy a USB stick to put in the back. The TV is now working but the new cartridge does not have a areal port.
Good customer service but disappointed with my experience as its held up a job.

Please be assured that all our Bathroom TVs undergo thorough testing before dispatch, and faults upon arrival are extremely rare. While we always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible, some faults do require thorough troubleshooting, which can occasionally take more than a day or two. Our TVs are designed with user-friendly, replaceable components so that, in the event of a fault, we can send out the necessary parts—minimizing disruption and helping you avoid having an empty space on your wall for an extended period. Additionally, all of our bathroom TVs are equipped with a DTV-T2 port, allowing for a direct aerial connection to enjoy Freeview channels.

5 star service, I had lots of quick communication about the item I purchased. Detailed responses and they upgraded the postage for free when I realised I hadn’t clicked 24hr delivery.
