My experience
Overview of the whole experience with this company. So I ordered on my mobile phone it is was one of these sites that my phone seems to auto populate at checkout with so address and card all done for me. Very smooth. Unit was delivered in 2 days on a free delivery service I guess free delivery is pretty normal these days. Unit was very well packaged in a box and an outer box. I cant comment on how easy it was to install but my builder didn’t complain. The product looks slick once installed as it pretty much flush to the tiles and the black finish goes really well with my bathroom and looks a high quality black glass material. In terms of the product performance the aspect that stands out to me the most is the sound quality is excellent from the hidden speakers inside the unit and picture quality is crystal clear. I mainly watch Netflix in the bath. I love spending time in the bath now its my own time and space away from the kids and husband where I have control of the remote ha.

Thank heavens for spare parts
Had to buy a replacement power supply for my bathroom TV. Thankfully the part is readily available without having to shell out for a whole new television!

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. If you provide an honest review on Trustpilot that it does not like, it asks you to remove it. In the event that you decline that request, it attempts to block the review, which is disgraceful. The technology of the televisions is dated, putting it mildly, and the after sales of the company is appalling.

Very slow,quite expensive.poor communication. It’s only because the tv fitted the hole in my bathroom that I stuck it out with you. I would not recommend Waterview tvs to anyone else. Having to remove the screen to get to the working parts is a very poof idea. Lack of direct telephone to repair people makes it difficult to resolve problems.
