Nothing on the tv works accept for YouTube which still runs very slow most of the time, all other apps don’t work and the tv its self is so slow it’s pointless even turning it on. When contacting the company they don’t get back to your emails and when you call up they are extremely unhelpful and ask you to deal with it online.

Needed a replacement remote for my bathroom TV, their explanatory notes were great as my original remote had been changed. Arrived really fast and packaging was done very well.

Replacement remote
Needed to replace a WaterVue remote we broke in a holiday flat! It wasn't cheap but Bathroom TV's website made it clear which was the correct one, and postage was free. It was well packed and fit through the letter box so we didn't waste any of our holiday chasing a delivery.

Genuine desire to fix the problem and…
I had a rather complex problem with my bathroom TV, the process of diagnosis took several weeks. In all this I sensed a genuine desire to fix the problem and the patience to see it through. The end result is that I have a working TV again with updated components.
